Отремонтируйте вентилятор в душевой, в 19 номере. И холодильник, работает не на охлаждение, а на выживание.

Отличное расположение, рядом ТЦ, кафешки.

Cons:

Неприветливый персонал, особенно респшионист Аяжан, вообще игнор клиентов. И какая то залоговая сумма в 20000 тг, которая не прописана в Букинге, тоже ненормально.

Отлично, если нет необходимости проводить много времени в номере.
Pros:

Расположение неплохое, кроме того, что цокольный этаж — темновато, мрачновато
Но зато весьма атмосферный паласик в коридоре — немножко чувствуешь себя в "Сиянии" ))
На удивление довольно тихо. Темно, что предполагает отличную возможность выспаться

Cons:

Не хватает возможности повесить полотенце в ванной.
Либо носишь его в руках, либо одно из двух.
Подразболтанная сантехника.
В целом неплохо, но все несколько "уставшее"

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, удобная кровать, рабочий кондиционер, завтрак простой, но вкусный. Санузел нормальный, вода горячая и холодная. Полотенца и халаты чуть подуставшие, но норм.

Cons:

Администратор вялая, невнимательная. Мы заказывали номер с одной большой кроватью, нам дали с двумя отдельными. Пришлось возвращаться и указывать на недочёт. Сразу предложили другой номер (а если бы не было свободных?). На счёт завтрака пришлось идти и самой интересоваться.
В принципе, нормально.
