The rooms are comfortable but a little small, the staff are nice

Cons:

The advert on booking.com is so misleading so many of the photos are of the spa but you only get free access to the spa if you book a private room, I can’t see anywhere on the booking.com page where it says this, I only found after I made the booking, I would have likely booked somewhere else had I known!

Viajero nunca decepciona, la host Alexa tiene una actitud maravillosa y muy receptiva a dar una buena experiencia. Gracias Alexa!
Además, la piscina climatizada es increíble para relajarse y la comida muy buena.

Cons:

Hace falta otra cobija en la cama más gruesita para el frío de Bogotá.

El personal es extremadamente amable, tuvo un problema en la ciudad por haber perdido mi teléfono y mi tarjeta de crédito, y Juliet de la administración me ayudó incluso cuando eran cosas que escapaban de lo que corresponde a su trabajo, volveré

Me gustó el ambiente. Emilio el host crea toda una experiencia con tours, actividades y unas fiestas en la noche increíbles con after party. Además que se hacen muchos amigos en un minuto. La comida rica y los chicos de recepción muy amables.

El hostel reúne todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda , segura y con variedad de actividades , alexa es una excelente anfitriona , me ayudó con mi chek in , estuvo atenta a mi llegada . Son todos muy amables , las actividades son geniales , recomiendo las clases de salsa .
