Pros:

Todo super genial! Desde que ingresas al establecimiento. Cuentas con toda el apoyo del staff. Los chicos de recepción atendieron a cada cuestionario. Julieth muy amable y gentil. Excelente!!!

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und halfen wirklich überall!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war mehr als ekelhaft. Schimmel an der Decke und zum Teile haben einfach Fliesen in der Dusche gefehlt.

Gran ambiente e instalaciones, pero atención a la humedad de las habitaciones
Pros:

Ambiente y Comunidad: El hotel tiene una atmósfera sumamente amigable, ideal para viajeros solitarios que buscan conectar con otros.
Zona de Spa: El sauna y el baño turco son espaciosos y el servicio del personal es excelente.
Distribución: Las habitaciones son bastante amplias.

Cons:

Logística de reserva: Intentamos reservar directamente en su web, pero no funcionaba (parece un problema recurrente), por lo que recomiendo usar plataformas externas directamente.

Problema de humedad en habitaciones: Al estar ubicadas justo arriba del sauna/baño turco, el vapor sube constantemente. Como no todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas exteriores y las paredes están paneladas, la humedad se concentra muchísimo (la ropa mojada no se seca y el ambiente se siente pesado).
Climatización: El hotel está al tanto de esta situación; sin embargo, no nos facilitaron el control del aire acondicionado para mitigar el impacto. Si sufres de alergias o sensibilidad respiratoria, tenlo en cuenta.

Restaurante y Bebidas: La comida tiene una relación calidad-precio baja (es costosa para ser estándar y el menú es limitado). Además, si buscas una opción caliente por la noche (como un té o café), no la encontrarás; la oferta se limita a refrescos y alcohol.
