Happily return
Pros:

We stayed at R2 Bahía Kontiki for a week in one of the apartments and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spotless, and housekeeping came every two days with fresh towels and a full clean.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and was very nice, with the option to have fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs made to order.

The pool was right outside our apartment door, which was very convenient, and the whole complex was quiet, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent too – only a two-minute walk from the beach and a great selection of restaurants and bars.

The only downside was the hill on the walk back up, but that’s certainly not the hotel’s fault! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Pros:

Lovely place and staff excellent

Cons:

The beds are all gone even though pool not supposed to be open. One day the manager came and took all the towels away which was really good as people were reserving beds for all morning.

L’emplacement est idéal à proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces.
Les équipements sont parfaits, le breakfast du matin est copieux, varié, de très grande qualité

Cons:

La prestation ménage est médiocre. La chambre à notre arrivée n’était pas impeccable. Une prestation ménage a été oubliée et nous avons dû la réclamer. On nous a alors uniquement changé les serviettes et vidé les poubelles. Ces désagréments ont été signalés, aucune excuse ne nous a été formulée.
Une petite excuse, un petit sourire du personnel et un café offert auraient pourtant suffit à faire oublier ces désagréments. Dommage
