Nice apartment. Cleaners came every second day. It’s on a very steep hill, wouldn’t be suited for anyone with mobility problems.
Beds at pool all taken by 8.30 ( July) very annoying when towels left on bed. The life guard did remove some but not very many. Beach is right beside so went there instead. Beds at back are €5.
Never ate at the restaurant, only for drinks, they were more expensive than most bars but still reasonable. Little shop across the road that has freshly baked bread and cakes and good value.

Not enough sunbeds
The breakfast was exceptional,location was brilliant it was up cardiac hill but could use stairs at the side of the Temple Pub made it a lot easier,Pool wa sgreat and kept very clean.
unfortunately you had to be up early for a bed and stay on it ,towels were taken up but this is always the same in every hotel.
The area, helpful staff, the facilities, standard of apartment to an excellent standard
On the first day we were told that we were not allowed to book pool beds. However, I felt this was controlled very poorly at times and some days there was no beds available at 11am despite the pool only opening at 10:30am. Also noticed pool beds being 'reserved' with towels despite nobody using them for hours from 7am onwards

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié
L'emplacement est de qualité dans Puerto del Carmen mais rues très animées autour avec des bars karaoké et qui rediffusaient en direct les matchs de coupe de monde de foot ... don certains soirs du bruit tardivement mais cela varié en fonction de la localisation des appartements
The location was great. Fabulous view from our room.
Not enough sun beds abd what sunbeds were there were up on top of each other no space. There was a terrible smell in our room 2107 which we got the first time we entered the room ans each time we enrered. That location was very noisy especially the staff early in the morning. There was a bridge to the relaxation area over the room. I expected more from this hotel and I am sorry to say we were very dissappointed.
The reception staff were able to help us with an early check-in as our flight landed quite early in the morning which we were very grateful for. Our room was located near the bottom of the hill so it meant we didnt have to walk up the hill each time to get to our room 😁. We also had a late flight on check out and the staff we able to get me a temporary room to rest and shower for a small fee which was perfectly acceptable.

Location. Loved the fact that there was no poolside entertainment, it was nice and peaceful. We went in June 2026. Shop right across the road. Not too far from Spar either. Also, we didn’t have to walk up the hill. We used the steps from Murphy’s. It had a filter tap and dressing gowns, nice little extras.
Everything was lovely apart from smell of sewage. We were in apartment behind the toilet along the pool and i think that may have been the problem. We kinda got used of it. I think it was apartment 1119.
