Great family stay
Pros:

We had a very good stay as a family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Communication from the manager was good both before and during our stay — very responsive and helpful.

Overall, a pleasant stay with great service.

Cons:

The only downside is that there’s no on‑site parking, so we had to park at the public car park, away from the hotel. Not ideal with kids and luggage, but manageable.

Wonderful location, good value, nice facilities
Pros:

Fantastic location, one street back from the main shopping drag but lovely and quiet up on level five. Balcony gets all day sun and the apartment is a great size - huge living area, large balcony, big bedroom. For the price the value was great, and compared to other apartments it is modern. Really great place.

Cons:

Two very minor gripes. Firstly, the bond has to be paid before you get the keys, but I didn't see this on the ad, and when I got the text to pay it, I thought it may be a scam, but received no further confirmation. However, this was fixed when I arrived, called and paid so all fine - just good to know to expect this. Secondly, the door to the whole building regularly sticks, so getting in is a bit roulette, but not the apartments fault and you get there in the end.

Pros:

De lokatie was uitstekend, dichtbij de boulevard en veel winkeltjes. Parkeren was ook lekker dichtbij.

Cons:

Grote kamer en slaapkamers totaal ongezellig en zeer summier ingericht. Soms gehorig door spelende kinderen die boven de kamer wonen.

Fabulous location and apartment, just unsent admin let it down
Pros:

Fabulous location and apartment was great. Lovely outside area and very clean with air conditioning.

Cons:

We had to call for the code to get in, which made it very very stressful and just unnecessary. The information should of been sent before chasing it. As we arrived with no information about how to get in or how to get key for the apartment. The apartment keys or door need some maintenance. You had to pull or push the door very hard to open or close it, I was worried the key would snap.
