I did not like anything.
The whole b and b looked dilapidated in side, unfinished painting to corridor. Wallpaper ripped off walls.
The room I had was 110 pound paint peeling, carpet worn and stained, toilet seat had goo on it.
Shower tile grouting was black.
Furniture cheep and made of plaster boards, windows dirty
It was dreadful.
Poor quality room, cheap furniture, worn stained carpets, black grouting in shower, peeling paint, communal areas shocking. Ripped wall paper. Substance on toilet seat.
When I complained, was told next time he would charge me three hundred pounds
Extras in room: quiet fan, padded chairs, adequate wardrobe etc space if staying several days. Good lighting. Food was ok.
Being required to write my bank details, inc the 3digit security number, on paper checkin form in the bar, which staff could read. Is this legal? Shower pan leaked; 40 min wait for burger and chips. Tatty paintwork on room doorframe.
The staff were lovely and the location was great, right on the sea front
The rooms were clean but dated. The bathroom could do with an update.
Everything needed for an overnight stay! staff and breakfast was lovely especially for the price

Great location, comfortable beds, staff were friendly, great value for money.
Rooms were quite noisy, doors slamming etc. Only one small shaving mirror, could definitely do with more!
Great location, fantastic value
Nothing
The location.
Upon check out and making a complaint staff were very apologetic and said they would be happy to give a full refund which they did.
The property needs money spending on it. Very tired and worn.
The room was in need of complete redecoration. It was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned properly at all, for sometime I would say. Damaged and stained furniture, towels with holes in, shower was filthy, so didn’t use. Ceiling fan thick with dust. Bathroom washbasin didn’t drain properly. Thick dust and hairs everywhere.
Friendliness of staff
Breakfast service
The room was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly. The place had a lovely feel to it. Highly recommend
No complaints, it was 10/10
Nice and clean, staff all lovely and very helpful, they all made a fuss of the dog! Singer on Saturday night was very good.
Bit disappointed in lack of gluten free bread etc at breakfast for a slice of toast, but they did a good gluten free cooked breakfast.
We really enjoyed our visit. The room was very bright, with a great sea view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was free parking just across the road. The price seemed very good and we'd stay there again.
The pub below was a little noisy.
We were genuinely shocked by the condition of Room 1 and could not believe it was being offered to paying guests at £91.80 per night. My partner and I simply sat there looking at each other in complete disbelief, struggling to understand how Room 1 could possibly have been considered acceptable for paying guests.
We left within an hour because the room was dirty, unhygienic and completely unacceptable. The carpet was badly stained, sticky underfoot and smelled unpleasant. There was dust around the curtains, architraves and skirting boards, bird mess on the window, stains on the lampshade, and the bathroom mirror had not been properly cleaned. The bin still contained rubbish left by a previous guest.
The worst part was the bed. There were no mattress or pillow protectors, and the mattress had visible brown staining. It looked so unhygienic that we did not feel comfortable sitting on it, never mind sleeping on it. Quite honestly, the mattress looked as though it needed a Viking burial and to be burned at sea rather than another guest being expected to sleep on it.
There was also no headboard, the bathroom shaver pull cord did not work, and the toilet could not be flushed unless the seat was put down first. These were not minor cosmetic faults. They showed that the room had not been properly cleaned, inspected or maintained before being handed over to guests.
What made the situation even more insulting was that our card details were taken in case we caused any damage. Considering the state the room was already in, that felt like taking the absolute mickey. The establishment appeared more concerned about protecting itself from possible damage than ensuring the room was clean, hygienic and fit for occupation.
I later found photographs posted by a previous guest which appeared to show Room 1 and the same problems. That left us questioning how long these issues had been present and why the room was still being allocated to paying guests.
Really enjoyed my stay , staff were great and the room was spotless and in a great location, thanks so much.
Would of loved a cooked breakfast in the price but as I set out in the morning early didn't really matter.
I didn’t eat there. Location excellent. Had to park across the road which cost £11.20 for 24hrs not a problem if staying one night only. Staff were attentive and friendly. Cannot think
Cannot think of anything
Breakfast was excellent - more than expected with cereals also included and lovely fresh bread included with our full English. - So that was a bonus
No, no problems
Central right across from the seafront.
Very friendly guy downstairs who checked us in. We stayed in the King with sea view it was a big room very clean . There was a hospitality tray which was very much appreciated especially the bottles of water in the hot weather.
There were even binoculars to look out over the beach which I thought was very quirky!
The bed was comfy and plenty of towels. It was hot so we made use of the fan in the room.
We also ate downstairs in the pub and food was plentiful and delicious.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was a last minute booking and first time to Hunstanton which we found absolutely lovely.
Nothing really it was perfect for what we wanted
