Pros:

Comfortable and very quiet

Cons:

It was a bit shabby but well stocked with tea, coffee, shampoo and the bed was very comfy and clean etc. I felt the room just needed a bit of TLC

It was clean and quiet and adequate as I am only using the bed to sleep in. Now out of season

Cons:

Although my outlook was a brick wall, it was a little disconcerting not to have a blind at such a large window when stepping out of the shower or at night when sleeping. The shower and toilet were noisy (possibly a macerator) which meant I did not flush the toilet at night. It was generally clean, I think for anyone heavier the mattress would be uncomfortable as the springs were very apparent could consider a new mattress or mattress pad. The shower needed some descaling as the large shower head and tiles had limescale.

Staff were nice that was it bed was broken and sagging like a hammock, messed up my sons back and my back for several days after, room was boiling like an oven. Too hot to be safe, no air on. The kind of heat you can’t function in. Will never stay there again

Bathroom was in bad state, old shabby, tired worn out bathroom and dirty need a good too top to toe bleaching and industrial cleaning. Very shabby.

Perfect location , great for our one night stay .

Ok the location was good and you can take dogs there

They ask you to write your card details down (long number, exp and cvc) in case of any damage which I wasn’t happy doing as anyone could use them and take money from my account, it wasn’t clean, no mattress protectors on the beds, chipped paint on the walls and ceilings, missing light bulbs. They said it had been re-decorated which it defiantly hasn’t been.

Enjoyable and relaxing mini break
Pros:

Good location for needs. Staff helpful. Breakfast nice. Live music was entertaining.

Cons:

No free parking spaces available so had to pay but not too costly.
