Pros:

Very attentive staff, good room size.

Cons:

Housekeeping - very hit & miss. Day after first night non existent, second day had to request - even then minimal. Housekeeping 3/10!

Location perfect for us. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Minor issues. Couldn’t use safe as locked when arrived in room. Food quality left a little bit to be desired (we had 2 breakfasts and one evening meal) and some of buffet food at breakfast after 10am was missing

Great stay, comfortable bed, parking across the road at the Stadium of Light, will definitely be back!
Pros:

Was travelling home to Scotland after a week in Blackpool and was going to the football so couldn’t have stayed anywhere more convenient!

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

First night we were there they had to call police because of a fight a few rooms from mine but it had gone on for nearly an hr before it got sorted out

Cons:

Rips in the curtain . No coffee had to ask for it and the noise very thin walls . Second night thought I was in an orgy with next door

Cleaness of the room

Cons:

After arriving after long travel then long day working and with all my bags the reception gave me a room key and after getting to my room turned out the room key wasn’t working ….
A month and a half after the stay I recieved a £100 fine for the parking !!! Even thou I have paid at the reception !

Pros:

Facilities were really good , about 10-15 mins away from centre , friendly staff, nice and clean

Cons:

For us the bed was very hard so we only had little sleep , room was a bit tired stains on carpet paint work scrubbed , the tea tray very basic for £230 a night we just expected more
