Pros:

Cleaness of the room

Cons:

After arriving after long travel then long day working and with all my bags the reception gave me a room key and after getting to my room turned out the room key wasn’t working ….
A month and a half after the stay I recieved a £100 fine for the parking !!! Even thou I have paid at the reception !

Pros:

Facilities were really good , about 10-15 mins away from centre , friendly staff, nice and clean

Cons:

For us the bed was very hard so we only had little sleep , room was a bit tired stains on carpet paint work scrubbed , the tea tray very basic for £230 a night we just expected more

I worked on the footy and it was really modern comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The hotel is all modern and new, great bar and restaurant. I ran to the Fulwell Quarry parkrun, saw the windmill, it was good fun. I had previously been to the end of Roker Pier and seen dolphins and the heritage trail is great.

Cons:

I'd like more vegan choices but the pasta was amazing

Great stay - good amenities and service
Pros:

Closeness to football ground, good parking, good food, comfortable bed, allowed late check out which was so helpful

Air-conditioning good in very comfortable room

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location and facilities.

Cons:

Had to move rooms on check in due to a smelly worn and unclean room.

The replacement was cleaner but still dusty and shower drain hairs left on the side.

Staff were made fully aware but only apologized.

We stayed to visit family and for our sons birthday , staff helped us make breakfast special by storing a cake and setting out balloons I had brought, very helpful and accommodating , bar staff were not so helpful but the gentleman at reception and lady that helped set up the cake were so professional and kind
