Disappointed in Management
Pros:

Physical property was wonderful.

Cons:

The management staff is charging me full price for a stay that was changed from 3 nights to 1. I will not go back to the property if I can’t get this resolved.

Wonderful
Pros:

I stayed in two rooms and they were both spotlessly clean and well maintained

Cons:

The bed in the second room was somewhat saggy on one side. Elevators were slow and one was out of service

Unwelcoming valet
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Upon arriving pulled up to unload and check in . We were approached immediately by an older gentleman who said, "you can't park here" I explained were were unloading ingredients and shining in. He then demanded "give me your keys" I told him I would not until I had checked in and knew where we would be. He said "well move your car over there til you figure it out" I was shocked at the rude unwelcoming attitude.

Amazing.
Pros:

Took this trip back in the start of may for my girlfriends birthday and the hotel room was clean and beautiful and the view was amazing, staff was super helpful and always made sure we were taken care of and okay.

Cons:

Pulling in can be rough when it’s more busy and it’s a popular road but the hotel can not control this! It’s just how the street is!

Pros:

Even though it was a very busy check-in, the staff was kind enough to keep our entire group on the same floor. I was greeted with a warm smile right from the start.

I have always preferred Hilton or affiliates and was disappointed

Overall it was good but need to work on the above.
Cons:

Shower pressure was very low. The room was on the dim side and the mattress was not comfortable. Expensive stay compared to the usual rates.

Pros:

View is good, I ordered this room for the lake view, it's acutually half view, but staff told me that was the only lake view room they left. Room is clean, the bar at the top floow is chill, gym and swimming pool is good, lots of people have wedding there.

Cons:

The Parking is 50 dollars a day. And lots of crane fly outside of the widow, kinda gross...

Remarkable service!
Pros:

We stayed overnight on July 1st, 2026. We ate at the second floor restaurant and had Haley as our server. She was outstanding!!! She went above and beyond in every way possible!!! She was personable, friendly, and so accommodating!!! We live our experience there because of Haley’s fabulous and remarkable service…she was great!!!!

Breakfast at the Hilton
Pros:

Stayed at the Hilton in downtown Cleveland for a family trip and my daughters are still talking about what a wonderful time they had, especially at the hotel restaurant during breakfast. The manager and host were so attentive and accommodating to deliver a fun and enjoyable experience for my family every morning. Thanks, Mercedes, especially for making our first stay in Cleveland so memorable!
