Its not too good its okay that room is so small

The room was big, great view, very comfortable bed, very quiet.

We stayed overnight on July 1st, 2026. We ate at the second floor restaurant and had Haley as our server. She was outstanding!!! She went above and beyond in every way possible!!! She was personable, friendly, and so accommodating!!! We live our experience there because of Haley’s fabulous and remarkable service…she was great!!!!

Stayed at the Hilton in downtown Cleveland for a family trip and my daughters are still talking about what a wonderful time they had, especially at the hotel restaurant during breakfast. The manager and host were so attentive and accommodating to deliver a fun and enjoyable experience for my family every morning. Thanks, Mercedes, especially for making our first stay in Cleveland so memorable!

This is my first time in Cleveland and my stay was wonderful! The best experience I encounter was when I was at Elliot’s bar. Chasity, Scott and Scott T were absolutely wonderful, they were very kind and accommodating and made sure I had the best service.

The Hilton Club at the Downtown Cleveland Hilton is on top of their game food choices were very well thought out and the Concierge's were on top of their game food, Thanks for the hospitality!!!

Heather in the bar was excellent. She was very personable, timely and helpful. Great service.

We came to Cleveland for the much-anticipated Jelly Roll and Post Malone concert, arriving around 4:00pm for check-in (along with what felt like the rest of Northeast Ohio). We were greeted by organized chaos, with the valet line stretching down the main street.

That's when our trip immediately took a turn for the better. Out of nowhere came my sweet angel, Thaddeus Tucker. He simply took my keys, smiled, and said, "I got you." Those three words instantly melted away the stress.

We checked in, headed to our room, and even watched my Lincoln safely make its way into the parking garage. Throughout what had to be one of the busiest check-in rushes imaginable, Thaddeus remained calm, kind, and reassuring while expertly juggling the nonstop demands of arriving guests.

I've attached a photo of the valet line to show just how many cars were arriving at the exact same time. The only comparison I can think of is Chick-fil-A. You pull up expecting a painfully long wait because the line looks endless, but somehow the team has it down to a science. We were in and out in less than a minute. It was genuinely impressive.

Before the concert, we stopped at Eliot's Bar for a quick bite. We were fortunate enough to be served by "Tall Scott" (there are apparently several Scotts, so the nickname fits!). He recommended the shared pork dish, and it was outstanding. In fact, I thought my husband was going to lick the plate! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and our fellow bar guests quickly became new friends.

After an amazing concert, we returned to our room, relaxed, enjoyed the incredible view, and watched the sea of concertgoers navigating traffic below. It was the perfect way to end the evening.

The next morning, we had breakfast at Burnham Restaurant, where Ryan and Mike delivered another exceptional experience. Ryan crafted delicious Bloody Marys, and Mike recommended the breakfast burrito, a meal we're still talking about days later.

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Our room was quiet, the king bed was unbelievably comfortable, the views were spectacular, and every staff member we encountered made us feel like royalty. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but this team has mastered it!

This was, without question, one of the best overnight hotel experiences we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed here when visiting Cleveland to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Game. Extremely friendly staff, very clean rooms, and centrally located. Will definitely staff here again when in town.

Nice hotel near everything downtown. The restaurant has a great buffet every day and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Valerie welcomed me every day I dined and made me want to come back.

Friendly staff, always treated our toddler well; and great buffet and food!

The people at the second floor bar are so welcoming and have amazing recommendations!!!! Highly recommend. Food is also so good.
