Tout la proximité du centre historique , la sympathie, le dévouement et la bienveillance du personnel, .
Propreté de la chambre
Tout était parfait

Cons:

Le fait qu’il faille payer à chaque fois que l’on consommait une boisson même pour 3€ il fallait faire une carte
Étant donné les frais de cartes ça fait cher le café

Very nice hotel. The welcoming to the hotel was friendly, reception workers were amazing. Very professional and helpful if you had a question in mind. The location was great, easy access to a lot of places. Rooms were very comfortable and tidy, bed was comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom had a glass door, which was milk glass though so it was fine. Also I was solo travelling so didnt bother me. Extra plus to house cleaning, on my first night I had accidently set the sign to ”Clean room” side and they knocked on the door if I really needed the room to be cleaned. But clean it was regardless. Good experience.

Camera piccola senza armadio né cassetti né mensole. Nessun posto per le valigie. Bagno moderno ma piccolo. Letto con solo trapunta Phon scomodo

Ubicación perfecta a pocos pasos de la Praça do Comercio. Habitación pequeña pero suficiente para un viaje de turismo.

Cons:

No tiene armario, solo un burro con unas perchas. Uno de los días no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación.

O hotel é bem localizado, conseguimos fazer quase tudo de a pé. O hotel é bonito e muito agradável.

Cons:

Todo os dias é deixado uma garrafa de água no quarto. Porém ela se esgota muito rápido e precisa aguardar o serviço de quarto chegar.

The personell was very nice - especially the bellboy. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was perfectly situated.

Cons:

The room was a bit worn down. Floors were visibly damaged and it smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was extremely crowded even if the hotel made sure we booked time to avoid chaos.

Céntrico, limpio, acogedor y personal, muy amable y atento
Pros:

La ubicación es genial. En el centro puedes ir caminando a todos lados.

Cons:

El salón donde se toma el desayuno es pequeñito y hay que reservar hora para el desayuno.
En la habitación no hay un armario para dejar la ropa, solo un pequeño colgador
