Étape originale dans un hôpital transformé luxueusement en hôtel
Pros:

Le décor et l aménagement luxueux. Les hauteurs sous plafond. L espace en général

Cons:

L emplacement de la salle des bains et des toilettes. Original et audacieux au premier abord, leur accès par un escalier assez raide sous la chambre reste un peu périlleux la nuit quand on est pas très réveillé !

Luxe,rust en kort bij het centrum. We misten wel een zwembad.
Pros:

De kamers waren zeer mooi ,erg ruimen en hadden een prachtige badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

Door de aanhoudende hitte, geraakten de kamers niet echt gekoeld maar het personeel deed er alles aan om ons een koelere kamer te geven.

Great luxury property which needs more professional management.
Pros:

Property is fine, with great park. Good parking facilities. Quite neighborhood.

Cons:

Breakfast was averidge, concerning that we are at the heart of italian food industry. Pasty can be found better quality in neighboring bar. Bar on Ground floor is working untill 22.00, so there is no place to have a drink after this time. We stayed there for 2 nights. First night kind lady from reception served us a digestive after bar was closed. Second evening other lady refused to serve us. Quite confusing...

Probably the best option for those driving to Parma
Pros:

The hotel interior is very impressive. The location is perfect if you are travelling by car (as it's outside the ZTL zone) and there's ample, albeit paid parking. Breakfast was solid, but nothing to write home about. Our room was of a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The high ceiling is definitely impressive, and two showers in the bathroom were an interesting touch even if not very useful ;)

The staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There's no ramp at the main entrance, and no one is present there to help. I pulled my back on the day we arrived, and getting our bags up the stairs was a bit of an unwelcome challenge. Later, I learned that you can go around the back and there's an elevator there, but no way to learn this ahead of time.

There were two complimentary packs of water when we arrived, but those were never replenished on the subsequent days. For a fairly expensive hotel, this doesn't feel like something you would try to save on (or try to profit on the minibar). Especially, when it's 35C outside.

For such a massive building, there's literally nothing to do in the hotel itself. Even the lobby area feels more suitable as a waiting space for getting checked in rather than a place where you can just sit and relax.

You need to walk 10-15+ minutes to almost any place of interest. Not a huge deal, but it gets tiring quickly, especially when it's hot outside. A fine compromise when you come there by car, but not so much if driving/parking is not on your radar.

Excellent,
Pros:

Beautifully located and well appointed. Very comfortable and the restaurant is very good. The downstairs bathroom, whilst large, spacious and luxurious, precludes anyone with disability issues, but otherwise throughly recommend.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Service ausbaufähig
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die Terasse und die hochwertige Atmosphäre des Hotels. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt ist uns leider aufgefallen, dass das Hotel personell sehr knapp besetzt wirkte. Die Mitarbeiter, die da waren, waren durchweg freundlich und haben sich sichtbar Mühe gegeben. Allerdings hat das im Service zu deutlichen Einschränkungen geführt. Beim Frühstück wurden die Tische beispielsweise nicht abgeräumt, während man noch dort saß, und draußen kam keiner vorbei, um Getränkebestellungen aufzunehmen. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass mehr Servicepersonal den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht hätte.

Funcionários simpáticos, bom café da manhã, bela construção.

Cons:

A localização fica a 15 minutos do centro histórico e o bairro não parece seguro para andar a pé. Muitas pessoas estranhas nos quarteirões ao redor. Embora confortável, faltam itens no quarto que deixariam mais funcional, como tomadas ao lado da cama.

A few mistakes and weak AC in a very nice environment with a positive and warm attitude.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful when approached. The property, location, and building is beautiful and convenient with great parking and disability access. The breakfast was good with lots of options and wonderful fresh juice. The mattress and facilities are comfortable *see what I did not like.

Cons:

The cooling system takes a lot of time to reduce the temperature. It was around 0,2 degrees Celcius per 45 minutes if the temperature gauge was correct. Subsequently when we left the property, I asked for a second key to set it in the slot to keep the cooling going to prepare the room for our sleep. We were told that a staff member would handle it for us. It did not happen.

The second issue was the cooling turning off on its own despite the card being in the slot and it becoming uncomfortably warm again. This led to our sleep being rather poor despite the comfy mattresses and large bed.

The third thing was people entering the room late in the evening/night - the room having accidentally been double booked. Certain this was an unusual and rare experience.
