Perfect
Pros:

It was perfect! The taxi service, the friendliness of the staff, the complimentary room upgrade, the option to leave our luggage, and the helpful tips about beautiful Albania made our stay extra special. It was a wonderful start to our trip in the summer of 2026. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Okay for 2 nights but unfortunately I can not recommend.
Pros:

Good location 20 minutes walk to the centre by a nice and safe walk through a lovely park. Many shops and supermarkets nearby. Air conditioning in rooms worked well. Toiletries shampoo and conditioner provided. Safe box is not attached to the furniture and I wondered what was the point.

Cons:

The photos of breakfast are misleading. No Nutella for kids, no one tells you what’s going on regarding ordering your coffee / tea, nobody asks you if you need anything or how is your stay. Breakfast if you arrive after 8 am many items don’t get replaced when it’s gone it’s gone. Staff try their best but obviously they are under staffed. So breakfast is definitely a let down. Room was another let down as mould in bathrooms. Ants in room. Hotel is unfortunately very dated and needs an urgent pick me up.
