Cons:

Отель грязный, за свою цену не соответствует. На бассейн не видитесь он так себе! Казахам не рекомендую, говорю как есть!

Personel hotelu beznadziejny, pracują tam jakby byli za karę!! Poproszeni lub zapytani o cokolwiek robią miny cierpiętników albo unikają kontaktu, przy wykwaterowaniu nawet nikt nie powiedział dziękuję, czy zapraszamy, człowiek z recepcji natychmiast się ulotnił jak zobaczył walizki na dole, obsługa przy śniadaniu chyba jeszcze gorsza !!! Dramat 🫣

Все было очень плохо,там не было даже 3 звезды я просто не понимаю откуда там была оценена на 4 звезды,во всех номерах был очень плохой запах я сообщил в ресепшен что есть запах на это они отреагировали что это запах от уборки,ванная комната была грязная душевая кабина была разбита,номер был очень грязный и старый матрас был очень плохой простыня очень грязная,от штор пахло сигаретами шторы были очень грязные,если кратко сказать то нам нечего не понравилось там и близко не 4 звезды не кого не советую остановиться там

The hotel stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The conditions in the hotel were very poor. The room was extremely small, poorly maintained, and did not meet even basic standards of hotel accommodation. The towels and other room items were old, torn, and in unacceptable condition. The room also felt unhygienic, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what any guest should expect.

Another serious issue was the diesel generator located directly under the room. Whenever the electricity went out, the generator would switch on in the middle of the night, creating unbearable noise and vibration. It felt as if I was sleeping inside the engine compartment of a vehicle. This made it impossible to rest properly.

The staff were also unhelpful and unresponsive. The level of service was very poor, and there was no proper attention to guests’ comfort or complaints.

I understand that the room may have been an economy room, but even an economy room must meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those standards in every possible way.

Overall, the stay was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
