Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The views of the lake were stunning

Cons:

The restaurant was pretty bad in terms of the service and food. It was inedible. This was super disappointing. The staff of the hotel tried to fix it by providing a 20% discount the next day. They were awesome! They told me someone would follow up from management but they never did….this is a lovely place but not a top tier hotel.

La vista es increíble y las instalaciones son de hotel 5 estrellas

Cons:

1. El check-in se retrasó y no se compensa con un late check-out o alguna regalia.
2. No habían pantuflas en la habitación
3. El desayuno no estaba muy sofisticado como para un hotel 5 estrellas que destaca según los comentarios en este item.
4. La carta del restaurante tampoco es sofisticada y abre a las 19:00 - cuando vas con niños pequeños que se acuestan a las 20:00 o cerca es un problema. Aparte cuando abren el lugar está helado.
5. Booking o el lugar ofrece un servicio de “igualamos tu precio” hice el procedimiento dado que encontré la reserva mas barata y en el chat donde se hace el tramite no responden…… me aburri de esperar

Excelente atención del personal de recepción y spa. Ubicación excelente. Desayuno muy variado. Camas cómodas.

Cons:

El desayuno se vuelve caótico cuando hay muchos pasajeros. Faltan utensilios (tasas, cucharas) y debes esperar que laven.

El spa, sauna y piscina temperadas. La calidad de la infraestructura y la limpieza son increibles.

Cons:

El restaurant Astraal no es tan bueno como hacen parecer, considerando que es comida gourmet. Al parecer no estaba el chef. Pedimos plateada con puré de camote, la plateada estaba dura, mal cocida y el puré demasiado dulce, lo que hacia un plato desequilibrado.

Hermoso Hotel, sólo detalles que creemos fueron excepcionales

El Hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones preciosas y espaciosas, con excelente vista. El desayuno es muy variado y de alta calidad, así como todas las comidas que ofrecen. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el chek-in, eran 3 habitaciones y tuvimos que esperar entre 1 a 2 horas que entregaran la totalidad de ellas, lo que atraso la posibilidad de disfrutar de las instaciones. Para reponer el agua de cortesía tuvimos que llegar a esperar 1 hora e insistir en mád de 2 ocasiones. Número de recepción no funcionaba en nuestras habitaciones. Además el día domingo se hecho a perder la bomba de la piscina, por lo que no pudimos seguir disfrutando de ella.
