Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Una buena opción en Pucon con aspectos a mejorar
Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones en general, hermosa vista, habitación amplia, linda piscina temperada y en general personal muy atento

Cons:

Varias falencias en el desayuno sin comida suficiente, 20 minutos para esperar unos huevos revueltos o en el Restaurant mucha demora. Son detalles que no están a la altura del hotel impactando en la experiencia general.

Todo. La locación es hermosa, directo en el lago Villarrica, con vistas preciosas. El hotel muy bien mantenido, con excelentes instalaciones y habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Por otra parte, siendo el cumpleaños de mi novia, tuvieron la consideración de ofrecer una cortesía durante el desayuno, con un pastel para poder celebrar el momento.

El personal es muy preocupado, en todo momento atento.
