Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Grande experiencia em Pucon!
Pros:

Café da manha completo com muitas opções. Área de lazer com jogos eletrônicos e tradicionais. Piscina e academia completa e estacionamento incluso e bem sinalizado. Equipe da Ciclo Vertical dentro do hotel, com muitas opções de experiencia outdoor pagas a parte.

Cons:

Academia com horário muito restrito. Serviço de quatro e restaurante com horários restritos também.

Good facilities but I felt ripped off

Breakfast, pool and cleanliness was perfect

Cons:

Reception did not have my booking ready on arrival, and I was charged an additional fee without a proper alternative — I had traveled from Santiago with my family and had no other reservation. Please review and confirm the charge and clarify before you travel to this hotel

Pros:

Nos dieron la habitación 2 horas después del check-in. No funcionaba la TV, no había batas en la habitación. Si marcabas para comunícate con la recepción había un mensaje de contestador.

En todo momento me sentí protegido y bien cuidado justo se presento un frente de mal tiempo y boto arboles y postes pero el personal siempre nos brindo un buen servicio

Spotless room with beautiful lake views.
Pros:

This was our second visit at the hotel and this time we stayed a couple of nights. We enjoyed many things like a spotless room with beautiful lake views from a private balcony. We also had wonderful dinners at the restaurant. The staff is professional and friendly. They send us a well decorated plate with little cakes and a couple of glasses of sparkling wine to our room to greet us for our Anniversary, really kind of them indeed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the fire alarm in the bedroom emits a flashing light every minute or so, which disturbed our sleep. It would be better located in the passage way.

Lindo hotel pero el personal muy mala atención.

La disposición del hotel es muy cómoda! Las instalaciones impecables y la habitación muy linda.

No me gusto la atención de personal. Muy poca predisposición para ser un hotel de esa categoría. El restaurante contaba con suficiente personal y tardaron muchísimo.
