O apartmento cabe apenas uma pessoa e só é para dormir.
Pros:

Localização e café-da-manhã excelentes.

Cons:

A atendente da recepção foi super antipática e grosseira! O apartamento é novo, limpo, mas muito apertado, escuro (a janela é interna) e não possui espelho no quarto, só no banheiro.

Bem abaixo da expectativa, que era baixa.
Pros:

CAfé da manhã estava muito bom.

Cons:

Conforto do quarto, barulho de gente doente mental gritando na casa ao lado (geminada), parecia um manicômio. Falta de asseio, sem ventilação adequada. Piso do quarto cedendo. Recepcionista sem o menor perfil para a função, apática.

Localização excelente e uma boa segurança.

Cons:

Acústica do quarto precisa melhorar. Se ouve tudo externo: chuveiro, desfarga, sons, conversas... mas não foi algo que me incomodou tanto. Mesmo assim ainda gostei da estadia.

Quarto e atendimento. Quarto sem privacidade alguma, fora os aparelhos extremamente velhos e sujos.
Cama de solteiro, mas junta, porém de tamanhos diferentes.
Atendimento, exclusivamente no período da noite, nota zero.
