· Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental charges or potential room damage. The room will be inspected after check-out, and the deposit will be released if no damages or outstanding charges are found. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
· Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may result in additional charges, up to the cost of one night’s stay.
· Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for unused nights if you check out before your scheduled departure date.
· Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in designated non-smoking rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
· Building Restrictions: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the 500 and 600 buildings. A $250 violation fee will apply.
· Pet Policy: Pets are welcome only in designated pet-friendly rooms. A non-refundable $35 pet fee is due at check-in, with a maximum of two pets per room.
· Room Damage and Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items associated with their room during their stay. Additional charges may apply.
· Fire Safety: Open flames and regular candles are prohibited in all guest rooms. Flameless candles are permitted.

Convenient location
The television only had three stations! And they were all westerns
The property was quiet. Staff was extremely friendly. On site pool was actually open! Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. It was nice given the age of the property.
You can tell people were using this property as a permanent residence. One man was very angry and yelling loudly. The stove/oven in the kitchen was difficult to use. None of the dials had numbers and the oven was hard to turn off once on.
Although, I suggest bringing your own pillows as thiers were very small, this was an incredible experience for our group. The kitchenette suites were perfect for our needs and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will come again but I think with our own pillows.

Kitchenette was supplied in the unit. The oven had not been cleaned for some time. Floors were not clean.
The facilities need to be updated.
The swimming pool
Our room was nice the tub was not clean and the carpet in the hallway was nasty stains everywhere
I loved how the desk clerk came to warn us that there was a storm on the way and that we should probably get out of the pool. He was very polite.
I enjoyed this stay.
I like everything no hassle no rudeness clean, comfortable surroundings was very good no one bothered you. Great experience the pool the free breakfast and WiFi Good I'm most definitely going back there me and my family.
Beds were comfortable
Just a little dirty, rooms weren't terrible, but inside the buildings were kinda gross, carpets could definitely use a was
Clean, quiet and very comfortable beds. My nephew and I had a GREAT nights sleep.
Breakfast was until 9:00am, however there was literally no hot breakfast items left at 8:40am. When I asked the staff at the desk- they said no more food was going to be brought out as breakfast would be done at 9:00am.
Very poor customer service. Next- was the coffee- there was none left and the staff member said it must have been because someone filled up their to-go cup. Another customer asked about the coffee and begrudgingly, she made coffee.

If you're gonna stay there you might want to get a cot it would sleep better than there beds. It was like sleeping on the floor, really need to update the mattress. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN
