Cons:

mediocre
Pros:

la situacion del hotel

Cons:

Good hotel, poor guest service.
Pros:

Good location
Clean and good housekeeping service.

Cons:

Poor service at Reception. Not the first time
A rude and ill mannered person at front desk
Poor check-in system ( repeated offence )
Was early for check-in, was told to wait in the lobby ( instead of the Q ) When it's time to check-in, was way back in line.
Not all reception staff are bad but just this one to spoil the hotel reputation and service.

A good stay
Pros:

Sugamo as a location is great. The hotel is easy to find and a short walk from 2 important train lines. The area has many convenience stores and restaurants, price level is great.

Cons:

In our room, appliances were not cleaned very well and were quite dusty. Otherwise everything else was fine. This APA hotel is not very new.
