とても綺麗で、何より清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

周辺の環境も良く、立地も便利で過ごしやすかったです。

ホテルを選ぶうえで清潔さを一番重視しているのですが、その点でも大満足でした。

また機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

良くなかったところは、特にありませんでした。

何よりホテル全体がとても綺麗で、清潔感があり、安心して気持ちよく過ごすことができました。周辺の環境も良く、立地も便利でした。

また、娘が夜に怪我をしてしまい、絆創膏があるかお尋ねしたところ、「ありますので、すぐにロビーまで取りに来てください」と快く対応してくださり、本当に助かりました。

荷物もかなり早い時間から預かっていただいたのですが、貴重品も入っていたため少し不安がありました。でも、とても丁寧に保管してくださり、安心してお任せすることができました。

スタッフの皆さまの対応も丁寧で、親切で、何より信頼できるホテルだと感じました。

また機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

Pros:

大浴場很棒，房間床很好躺，房內有浴衣可以穿，各項配備齊全，電視會有各項資訊，各樓層洗衣機還剩多久時間、浴場是否擁擠、退房等等，而且在JR巢鴨站走路3分鐘，晚上週邊很安靜。
