Pros:

Locatie was top vlakbij station Van de YamanoteLine en de Toei MitaLine, zo ben je binne. 30 min in bijna alle delen van de stad

Cons:

Voor westerse begrippen zijn de kamers wat aan de kleinere kant maar dat heeft ons verder niet beperkt

Pros:

大浴場が快適でした。ゆっくり疲れが取れました。
フロントスタッフの方が親切で、手続き負担がなかった。

Cons:

インバウンドの団体と同じ時間のチェックインでフロントになかなかたどり着けなかった。
部屋に入ったとき、少しニオイ、体臭？が気になる。

Good value for money in a nice area.
Pros:

The room is small, but just big enough. LOVE the onsen. And like the neighborhood.

Cons:

Wish that I could check in a bit earlier than 15:00, and checkout by 11:00 (without extra fees)

Pros:

It was close to the station and there are many restaurants around the area including some convenient stores. I also enjoyed the amenities and the selection of food during breakfast as compared to other non-APA hotel.

Cons:

I have stayed in other APA Hotels before and as I expected, you barely have any extra space in the room. I was also frustrated when they missed to make up my room.

When I need to be away for a couple of days during the stay, they don`t store my luggage and ask me to use the coin locker but the suitcases don't fit so I had to send them to my friends and then send them back to the hotel. VERY incovenient. Don't understand why they do that. I hate those services they don't offer for the customer and are not on the customer side, so not customer-focused.
