Muy buena estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado para visitar Santillana del Mar, las instalaciones están limpias y cuidadas, y la habitación resultó cómoda. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. Una muy buena opción para disfrutar de la zona. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Like a film set - lovely!
Pros:

Lovely old hotel in the middle of Santillana del Mar. Not luxurious but fascinating and authentic. The staircase was like something out of Hogwarts - fortunately it didn't move, much. 😊

Pros:

Estaba centrico.

Cons:

Fuimos en verano, no habia aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y si habrias la ventana habia mucho ruido de gente que pasaba, tambien en el baño te dan el champu en cuenta gotas.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el cuarto muy grande, un poco oscuro pero muy cómodo, el baño muy grande.
La decoración de los espacios comunes me pareció adorable.

Cons:

Eramos 3 pero los sobrecitos de productos de ducha eran 2 de jabón y 2 de champú.
El desayuno era muy completo pero todos los productos iban cortados a la mitad y me resultó muy curioso.

Beautiful and well kept piece of history in the heart of town!!!
Pros:

The front desk was amazing and helpful. We cancelled our stay in Burgos to stay another night at this beautiful building. So historic and well kept!

Cons:

A fan would have been helpful because even with the windows open, the air was stagnant and extremely hot.

Also, the breakfast attendant was very moody and at times mean, and we would have loved more protein & fresh fruit options for breakfast rather than carbs, sugar, and sandwich meat/cheese.
