Decoración exquisita. Hotel con muchísimo encanto

Le decoración era exquisita y sin una mota de polvo.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo. Si hubiera que decir algo sería que el hotel no tiene ascensor ni habitaciones en la planta calle. Pero estoy segura de que , con la amabilidad que derrochaba todo el equipo, hubieran ayudado a cualquier persona que lo necesitara.

Un lugar encantador en el centro de Santillana
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
La estética del hotel es encantadora.
Solicitamos una manta extra y nos la proporcionaron sin problema.
Me gustó mucho el área en común, que era tranquila, con mobiliario antiguo y una bonita decoración.
Buena limpieza y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien y es posible que hubiese, pero que yo no hubiese visto: huevos revueltos, bacon, salchichas... como fruta había tan solo manzanas y naranjas. Esperaba que hubiese alternativas a la leche, como una bebida de soja, avena o similar, o para quienes pueden tomar lactosa, queso fresco. De todas formas, como desayuno, está bien.

Me ha encantado tanto la ubicación, como el estilo clásico siendo un edificio del siglo XVI. Era como un “mini palacete”. La atención muy buena y el desayuno muy abundante y bastante variado
