Room service requests are fulfilled in under 10 minutes. A special shout-out to Huda and İlker at the reception for their welcoming attitude, and to Mohammed and the breakfast team for their wonderful service.

Pros:

The staff were great, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Although the hotel is a little way from the main tourist spots the view is beautiful and there are free shuttle buses to different places throughout the day and a bus stop right right outside the door

Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb - für unsere Zwecke, nach 3 Tagen im Zentrum, eine wunderschöne Erholung. Man ist trotzdem wieder schnell in der Stadt, sieht aber auch noch andere schöne Ecken von Istanbul.
Die Sicht ist wunderschön und das Frühstück lässt echt keine Wünsche offen. Von Gemüse, über Käse bis zu Kuchen - es gibt einfach alles!
Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend, manchmal sogar ein kleines "Bettmümpfeli" auf dem Bett.
Der kostenlose Shuttle in die Stadt und zum Flughafen waren genial!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία για δεύτερη φορά!

Αυτή είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επιλέγουμε το Arise Hotel Istanbul και για άλλη μια φορά μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό σε όλα τα επίπεδα και η εμπειρία που προσφέρει ξεπερνά τις προσδοκίες.

Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα, φωτεινά, πεντακάθαρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας επισκέπτης για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η θέα είναι πολύ όμορφη, ενώ εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα τις παροχές όπως ο δωρεάν καφές, το τσάι και τα εμφιαλωμένα νερά που ανανεώνονταν καθημερινά.

Ο χώρος του πρωινού είναι επίσης πολύ προσεγμένος, άνετος και ευχάριστος, προσφέροντας το ιδανικό ξεκίνημα για κάθε μέρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, ποιοτικό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών.

Αυτό όμως που πραγματικά κάνει τη διαφορά είναι το προσωπικό. Όλοι ήταν ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Ιδιαίτερα θα θέλαμε να τους ευχαριστήσουμε για την πολύτιμη βοήθειά τους όταν αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα απρόοπτο πρόβλημα με σκασμένο λάστιχο στο αυτοκίνητό μας. Η άμεση ανταπόκριση, το ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον και η υποστήριξή τους μάς έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ασφαλείς και σαν να βρισκόμασταν ανάμεσα σε φίλους.

Η φιλοξενία, ο επαγγελματισμός και η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης είναι οι λόγοι που επιστρέψαμε για δεύτερη φορά και σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε ξανά το Arise Hotel Istanbul σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας.

Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται την Κωνσταντινούπολη και αναζητά ένα ξενοδοχείο με άνετα δωμάτια, εξαιρετικές παροχές, υπέροχο πρωινό και ανθρώπους που φροντίζουν πραγματικά τους πελάτες τους.
