Pros:

stuff are very friendly expect the ones in the reception very rude

Cons:

i stayed four nights. the last one they didn’t clean my room although i went out 9 am . while booking i was 100 % sure that it was written genius free breakfast because i am genius customer in booking and while check in the one in the reception told me no it is bed only and i kept arguing and she had a very short temper & she was in hurry although i was the only one in the reception .

Великолепный новый отель уровня 5 звезд. Прекрасные панорамные виды. Высокий уровень сервиса и персонала. В номере был балкон с шикарным видом, все необходимое, включая кофемашину.

Cons:

В отеле нет алкогольных напитков. Рядом с отелем мало ресторанов и магазинов.

Everything was absolutely perfect!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Arise Hotel Golden Horn. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The view was absolutely breathtaking, both from our room on the 8th floor and from the 10th-floor breakfast area. Waking up to such a stunning panorama and enjoying breakfast with that incredible view made our stay even more special. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul!

لم يتوفر مكواه للملابس في الغرف،، ولا يوجد شطاف في الحمامات ،، ولا يوجد بقاله في الفندق او بالقرب منه

الفندق ممتاز ونظيف والخدمه ممتازه من جميع العاملين خصوصا الموظفه helal و melak وجميع باقي العاملين خدومين ويوجد باص للتوصيل لبعض المناطق والمطار كل ساعتين منطقه محدده

الموقع يعتبر بعيد قليلا عن المناطق الحيويه لكن النظافه والخدمه تشفع له
