مكان الافطار جميل جدا مطل على القرن الذهبي والفطور متنوع والموظفين كانوا متعاونين جدا وميزتهم يتكلمون عربي وإنجليزي

Cons:

بعده من الاماكن السياحية وبعده من المواصلات العامة مثل الترام والمترو
ونقطة مهمة لم تعجبني ومعظم الفنادق العالمية لا تطلب هذا الشي وهو دفع مبلغ تأمين 100 دولار

Created everlasting memory.
Pros:

The cleanliness was top notch the hotel is very relaxing, they have a free shuttle that takes you downtown and comprmises for the distance. The workers were also very kind and helpful, Soukaina was especially supportive sharing with us how to get around making sure that we were comfortable may Allah reward her. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Menbat cafe was also great.

Cons:

It was far from visiting places.

Aufenthalt in einem Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten von unserem Zimmer einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Goldene Horn. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei Erva, Soukaina und Melek bedanken. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, der Frühstücksraum in der 10. Etage mit Blick auf das Goldene Horn ein absolutes Highlight. Der kostenlose Busshuttel in die Stadt ist super, zurück kann man mit dem Bus 50N von Taksim fahren.

Cons:

Die Fliesen in der Dusche sind sehr glatt und damit gefährlich, nicht ohne Badeschuhe betreten.
Ein Hinweis: Hilfreich wären für die Gäste, wenn ein Stadtplan zur Verfügung gestellt werden würde bei der Anreise und Informationen zur Erreichbarkeit des Hotels mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, da die Altstadt etwas entfernt ist

Podobało mi się absolutnie wszystko.personel był bardzo opiekujący się klientem. Czułam się zaopiekowana. Pomagał, dopytywał, dbał. Śniadania duży wybór, bardzo smaczne. Łóżka wygodne. Poduszki można wymienić jak ktoś nie lubi dużych. Pokój komfortowy, jestem pobytem zachwycona. Bardzo wygodną rzeczą jest busik kursujący do centrum za darmo z hotelu. Z powrotem do hotelu można dotrzeć taxi lub autobusem -przystanek zarówno z lotniska jak i z centrum miasta znajduje się przy hotelu. Gdybym miała zatrzymać się ponownie - również wybrałabym ten hotel. Polecam.

Love the property and the staff, i will definitely come back. The salon at the hotel provided a very nice service ( Mehmet and Marina were super nice and professional) they have the best prices and nice hair and nails service

こちらで2泊10万円近く払うならもっといいホテルがあったなぁ。。と
Pros:

景色だけですね

Cons:

壁が薄い、隣の人の会話もセックスの声も聞こえてきた

音楽を大音量で流したり、奇声上げる人が隣だったのもあり泊まっている人の民度はそれなり

スイートは2部屋タイプだが
１つ当たりの部屋が狭く分断されている為、スイートの意味がない
何故トイレが二つあるのか
ひとつにしてバスルーム大きく設計した方がよかったと思う。バスタブとシャワールームが狭すぎる。
朝ごはんは普通

中心地から遠いのでバス利用が必須になる
自分は全てタクシー利用なので問題はなかったが交通機関を使用するユーザーは要検討したほうがいいです。

Pros:

Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, da die Lage etwas außerhalb nach einem Langen Tag in der Stadt guttut. Trotzdem ist die Innenstadt (und auch der Flughafen) mit einer direkten Busverbindung sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich ruhig und leise, nur manchmal hat man ein einzelnes Auto oder spielende Kinder gehört. Soukaina und das Team der guest relations hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Mert hat mich am Eingang immer freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit wunderschönem Ausblick.

Мне понравился сам отель . Шикарный вид на залив Халич . Я жила ранее в Стамбуле 13 лет , сейчас живу в Кыргызстане. Прилетели на выставку и остановились в этом отеле. Я увидела Стамбул с другой стороны. Стамбул люблю безмерно, но в этот раз я влюбилась в Стамбул заново . Отель расположен очень хорошо. Вид из окна шикарный. Персонал самый лучший ! Номера чистые .
