Pros:

Отель чистый, интересный. По расположению 15 минут на такси и ты возле достопримечательностей таких как Галатская башня например. Удобно скачать приложение bitaksi и вызывать самостоятельно.
В отеле классный завтрак с хорошим выбором и прекрасным видом. Ресторан расположен на верхнем этаже, завтракать там утром, это наслаждение.
Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный.
Также есть ресторан в котором можно поужинать. Все вкусно.

Very welcoming staff and very clean hotel. Great breakfast with phenomenal view. The room is spacious enough with bright and clean bathroom. This is my second time staying in this hotel and I loved it even more. What's important, it's really easy to reach Istanbul airport from there as the road nearby leads straight to the highway which connects the city with the airport.

The best hotel of our trip to Turkey, with exceptional hospitality and wonderful staff.
Pros:

By far, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Turkey. My wife, my daughter, and I had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and comfortable, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

The true highlight of our stay was the outstanding Guest Relations team. A very special thank you to Parisa, Melak, and Hilal. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were happy to help with every question, request, and detail throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and their professionalism, generosity, and exceptional hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable.

We would also like to thank Mr. Ali Osman for arranging all of our airport transportation. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

Every member of the staff made us feel at home, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Arise Hotel Golden Horn to anyone visiting Istanbul. We will definitely return on our next visit, and we would like to thank the entire team for making our family feel so welcome.
