Personel gerçekten çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Odamız çok temizdi ve temizlik hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık. Genel olarak otelin hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi.

Camera mare spatioasa cu vedere extraordinara, ne-a primit cu platou de fructe si in fiecare seara bomboane. Personal prietenos, mic de jum gustos, generos si cu de toate. Foarte curat, se facea curatenie in fiecare zi. Langa hotel era parc, spatiu verde cu promenada pe malul cornului de aur.

A very clean, beautiful, cozy, and comfortable hotel with a stunning view, a prime location, delicious breakfasts and a warm, welcoming staff! The staff is so attentive, polite, and customer-focused—it’s a place you truly want to return to! Great facilities, clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, wonderful view, fantastic breakfast buffet.
Staff's attempts to sell overpriced services (a haircut for 27 euros I refused, and a cab ride for $20 I had to take as I had no choice - the cab driver charged 900 liras without using a meter, which is illegal).
