Few issues like water motor issues and hash brown need to improved.

Location is great because of pub street and many restaurants

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were outstanding throughout my stay.

The rooms are very spacious and spotless, and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. Everything has been maintained to a very high standard, which made the stay even more comfortable.

A special shout out to Kim, who looked after me from check-in and continues to make sure everything is perfect during my stay — truly excellent service and hospitality.

The little touches really made a difference too: free fruit bowl, complimentary scarf, cold towel, and a refreshing drink on arrival.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was definitely needed as I was genuinely surprised by the excellent service provided. Unfortunately I’m only here for 3 nights, but I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Sally, Kim and the whole team are outstanding. They welcome you with genuine care and kindness. Our two boys 14 & 10 yr old loved the pool area and the staff. The hotel is a great size not too big which makes it more comfortable and your individual needs are cared for.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping is fantastic 👏
Great value for money, we enjoyed our 4 days here. Located in perfect spot to walk to Pub Street, everything you need walking distance.

Clean everything and beautiful gardens.Highly commend the grounds staff

Amazing Chef's and wait staff - had a beautiful steak on the last night and it truly was amazing. Breakfast was beautiful every day and they changed things up.Plenty of choices including local and more western choices and beautiful fresh local fruits.Omlette and egg station also.

Cocktails are fantastic - 20% off at happy hour

Great swim up bar for you to relax by.

Location is fantastic - recommend Blue Spa next door for that late night massage .

I used the airport service to and from the hotel and had no issues.

I've already started planning my return next year as I can't wait to return .

Staff were amazing - they all k each us by name. Whenever we came back to the hotel they dashed out to bring us cold towels. Whenever we sat down they brought a glass of cold water and a mobile fan. The restaurant was a lovely place to sit with good food at very reasonable prices. They arranged 2 way airport transfer and several trips for us and all the drivers and our English speaking guide Bandol was great.

Location & pool area are great, but the team working at Central Suite Residence are incredible, so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you to the entire team for making feel so special and welcomed.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to Vietnam. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived — the staff was always kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone made us feel at home and helped us with anything we needed with a smile.

The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and excellent quality at every meal. We especially loved the local dishes and the breakfast selection.

Central Suite Residence had the best service of any hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff knew our names and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Our room was well appointed and comfortable, the restaurant had great food, and the pool was amazing!

We spent 4 nights at Centrsl Suite Residence and highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We particular with its rainfall shower with strong water pressure and a magnifying mirror for makeup or shaving. There were a good range of breakfast choices and when staff noticed I want eating much (due to travellers tummy) the chef cane out and offered to make me anti wished. Every single member of the staff was equally thoughtful, offering us an umbrella in iffy weather, arranging tours and taxis, and greeting us by name. The exceptional hospitality and professionalism of everyone there, made our visit to Siem Reap a true pleasure.

We had an exceptional experience at Central Suites Residence. Everything was very good—the room, the breakfast, the location and the pool. But what stood out most of all were the staff! Every single person was attentive and helpful. They knew us by name, greeted us warmly every time we walked by and helped us arrange taxis and tours. An example of how they went above and beyond was one morning when I didn’t eat breakfast because I hadn’t been feeling well, the chef came over and said he could cook up something special for me. On another, we were about to go out for a walk, they offered us umbrellas because rain was in the forecast. Really exceptional service.
