We had an amazing stay at Central Suite Residence! The staff were absolutely outstanding – so kind, caring, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, with everything within easy reach. We especially appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to help our family during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Very clean hotel and well maintained! Staff take pride in everything they do and are so friendly. You are greeted by name by everyone, given cool towels after returning to the hotel and they are always smiling.
Loved the pool area and the swim up bar!
Breakfast is also very good and they give you a menu to select from and cook it fresh for you as well as having a buffet to choose from. Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Staff and. Location were exceptional

Our room was spacious and very clean. When you entee the room you can smell fragrance, natural fragrance. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel too is 3 minutes walk to Pub Street, maybe 5 minutes walk to Night Market. And there are so many massage places and restaurants nearby.

Staff were all amazing, they accommodated every request and helped with everything we needed. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all were. The breakfast buffet was really nice - in addition to the buffet, there was a menu to order from, and everything was delicious. The rooftop pool is huge and overlooks the entire city. It's gorgeous at night!

The rooms were very nice and clean plus the staff were really nice. It was Close to pub street but it wasn’t loud at night and my window was facing directly on to the street

The best hotel we stayd at during our trip in Siem Reap! Nice rooms, beatiful hotel and very kind staff made this trip perfect! We Are defently coming back and we can recomend this hotel to everybody.

It was a great experience in Siem Reap. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The pool was really great and even the food for breakfast was a hit. Rooms clean and spacious. We had no complaints at all.

We have traveled to many countries and this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff and service was so amazing. Everyone would go out of their way to help us and make sure we are comfortable. The location is right next to Pub street, food court and shopping. The hotel and pool was very clean, loved the small touches like jasmine in the elevator. The breakfast was delicious. The fruit, babaw, ka tiew, all very good, perfect way to start the day.

Central suite residence is a wonderful place to stay with excellent staff. Best hotel I had stayed in my years of traveling . . Breakfast is delicious. Got a free upgrade to family room. Staff are amazing. Would highly recommend traveller to stay here. Food and entertainment is all within walking distance

Wow! We had the best family vacation at the Central Suite Residence. First, the staff is the sweetest, most attentive, and detail-oriented that immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were very helpful in helping us book activities and find transportation.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the location is very central. It is a convenient to walk or tuktuk to Pub Street, restaurants, and markets (but not noisy at all!). The pool was excellent to relax and refresh from the heat and the pool bar has great drinks! The restaurant’s dinner and breakfast were delicious. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have excellent AC.

Overall, this place felt luxurious, had excellent service and amenities, all for a very reasonable price. We 200% recommended!
