チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スタッフの皆さんの対応はとてもよかったです。
滞在中は友人の誕生日があり、嬉しいサプライズをいただきました。朝食時にデコレーションケーキが準備され、みんなでお祝いすることができました。最後に友人からのメッセージを書きますね。
いろいろと質問しても快く応じてくださり、快適に過ごせました。ほかのお部屋のトラブルにも素早く対応いただき、ありがとうございました。
ロケーションはアンコールマーケットやパブストリートに近く、とても便利でした。外出から帰ると冷たいおしぼりを用意されていて、疲れが吹き飛びました。
朝食はメインを１品選び、サラダ、パン、フルーツ、飲み物などがバイキングでした。どれもおいしくいただきました。すべてがバイキング、というより、お料理も選びやすく、食べすぎ防止にもなり、食品ロスも防げて、良い方法だと思いました。
孫も十分に楽しめた様子で、嬉しい夏休みの思い出が
大変お世話になり、ありがとうございました。
また、カンボジアに出かけるときは、こちらのホテルに宿泊したいです。

って思ったらなんと朝頂いたケーキもHotelからのサプライズだったみたい。
本当に驚きと感謝の連続でした。

Just everything perfect at the hotel

Central Suite Residence sits in a perfect location. Pub street, the old market and countless dining options are within a 10 minute walk.

We had two rooms and they were perfect. Beds were comfortable and the temperature was just right. The split pack did its job. The bathrooms were big and checked all the boxes.

The pool is just perfect. And the bar next to it serves awesome drinks. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on different days and everything was delicious. Some people complained of how hot it was since the restaurant area is outdoors but covered. meh... blame mother nature.

The staff is simply superb. Big thanks to Kim, Liza, and Sofia. The entire team was very kind and accommodating.

Speaking of how hot Siem Reap is in general... every time we returned to the hotel after a day of touristy things the staff was waiting for us with a cold wet towel. That was a great touch. Thank you so much!

The location was steps from Pub Street, several night markets and restaurants and bars. Just walk Andy you’re there. The staff was so friendly and genuinely concerned how you are doing and what can they do to help……

Location was really good everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was disappointing but all the staff were so friendly and helpful it made up for the food been not so good

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel, the food was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful (especially Mr. Tong). Highly recommend.

This really is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for 9 nights and were surprised at the value for money. Great atmosphere…the most friendly and capable staff….very clean and the attention to detail was excellent. Also, very central to everything in Siem Reap but still very quiet at night.

Central Suite Residence is hands-down the best place to stay in Siem Reap! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute stroll from Pub Street, yet it feels like a quiet, tropical oasis inside. The rooms are massive, immaculate, and beautifully air-conditioned. What truly elevates this hotel is the incredible staff. Returning from long tours each day, we were welcomed with refreshing cold towels—pure bliss! We also loved the fantastic breakfast where you can order your own freshly prepared meal exactly how you like it. They went entirely above and beyond for my husband's birthday. The entire staff came out together, singing and gifting him a delicious birthday cake. When we went up to our room, we were blown away by the beautiful decorations, vibrant balloons, and a spectacular cake towel arrangement! The hospitality didn't stop until the last second. At checkout, we received the most heartwarming send-off. The staff and even the hotel manager personally waved goodbye until our private transfer was completely out of sight. We’ve never experienced this level of genuine care. We will absolutely be back!

Hotel located very conveniently in the centre of town near restaurants and markets.
Hotel has a great vibe good restaurant very modern.
Rooms are spotless and modern. Great value for money.
Pool is great with a wet bar
Most importantly, the staff service is great. They can’t do enough for you and are very professional using your name at every interaction.

Every staff I’ve come across are super friendly like Ra, Pisean, Mick, Chea, the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, bar staff

I would like to give 5 out of 5. We stayed at Junior Suite and the room was wide and clean. We loved the welcoming drink and snack. The staff are helpful, informative and sweet.
The breakfast was also good and should try Khmer Yellow Noodle soup.

It is just about 5 min away from the famous Pub street and many restaurants nearby.

Everything was great. We completely enjoyed and relaxed. Staff were so kind and always helped us. I strongly recommend you to choose this hotel:)))
