Pros:

L'amabilitat del personal i la ubicació, molt més tranquil·la que el centre de Hoi An.

Cons:

L'habitació que ens va tocar no tenia finestres, sols portes, i estava una mica vella. L'aire acondicionat donava directament al llit.

Un petit havre de paix
Pros:

Arrivés tard, la gérante s’est inquiétée de savoir si nous avions faim et nous a très gentiment offert des bahn mi. Elle s’est montrée extrêmement arrangeante pour adapter la durée de notre séjour à notre besoin. Le lit est très confortable et la piscine est grande et vraiment très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

Wonderful place to stay

Amazing stay and location in Hoi An
Pros:

Excellent location in a very walkable area for all food, drinks, markets, and shops for daily needs. Some lovely restaurants around and marts and lotus spa. Short trip to the beaches and the old town. Free bicycle use at the property also. Excellent big rooms and lovely pool area. Also very good breakfasts. Super clean and good value rooms. And the staff and family that runs it are very kind and generous, super helpful, professional, and really went above and beyond to help with anything requested. Great value accommodation and highly recommended. Definitely the right place to stay for a trip to Hoi An.

Homestay nel verde
Pros:

Fantastica accoglienza, ci sono venuti a prendere alla stazione di Da Nang, con un auto estremamente confortevole.
La struttura è immersa in un bellissimo giardino con una piscina fantastica per rinfrescarsi, i nostri figli l'hanno molto apprezzata.
La colazione espressa era molto buona e varia.
Noi abbiamo dormito nella camera grande vicino alla piscina, che dispone anche di un salotto: molto grande e pulitissima.
I nostri figli hanno dormito in una camera al primo piano, purtroppo un po' piccola e in condizioni non perfette, ma considerato il prezzo poteva andare bene.
I propietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili.

Come scritto sopra, una camera al primo piano era piccola e in condizioni da rivedere: tende sporche e macchie sui muri, ma considerato il prezzo e che l'altra camera era perfetta, è andato bene.

Perfect in every way
Pros:

Appart from the place being everything you’d hope and more from a homestay, the landlady was one of nicest people I’ve ever met.

Consequently 4 nights turned into 10 nights.

Herbal Tea Homestay will always be my go to when in Hoi An.

Lovely hotel, with amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, had the best banana pancake breakfast. The bike rental was great.

Cons:

The location was a little far out, but that’s our own fault for not checking.

Pros:

Friendly hosts and really beautifully maintained property. Pool was great and breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

Initially some of the free bikes could have been better maintained but to be fair they did attend to this during our stay.
