The hosts are very nice and available for any questions. The pool is nice and clean, the shower is good and there is hot water. The location is good, quiet and a short drive from the old city. Breakfast is very good.

The property is really nice and the owners and staff are even better. There is a pool area and many places to just sit back and chill. We were given bikes free of charge and in the perfect location to either cycle to the beach or the old town. 10/10 rating for the property and staff

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The absolute highlight was the staff: incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The owner makes an excellent Vietnamese coffee, prepared delicious sandwiches for us, and was genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was very tasty, the room was huge, and we really appreciated being able to use the bicycles free of charge. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere.

Our hosts were so accommodating and kind. We were greeted at the street when we arrived, and made comfortable right away. Hoa was an excellent host and helped us plan our stay. She even arranged transportation and tours for us. We had every need seen to, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds are quiet and well kept, with the feeling of being far away from the city. We felt completely safe day and night.

Honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location is spot on, right in the middle between Hoi An Old Town and the beach, both less than 10 minutes away by scooter.

The rooms are big, clean, and cleaned every day and new bottles of drinking water added each day. The breakfast is really nice, and the pool is big with plenty of space for chilling.

What really stands out though is the family here and everyone who works here. During my stay, I suffered a really bad herniated disc and had to go to hospital in Da Nang. They personally drove me there and brought me back afterwards. I’ve ended up extending my stay because I can barely walk, and they’ve been nothing but kind, supportive, and helpful the whole time. They’ve checked in on me regularly and genuinely gone out of their way to help.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and it’s rare to find people who care this much about their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The owners Hoa and Binh are so lovely and welcoming. Also the staff are helpful and nothing is a problem.

Le cadre tranquille, la chambre très grande, propreté exemplaire, petit déjeuner inclus et avec du choix. Je prenais le bus à 22h et la propriétaire m'a ouvert une chambre pour que je puisse me doucher avant de partir et m'a commandé un taxi pour rejoindre ma station de départ sans que je lui demande. Très serviable.

Beautiful place! The hotel employee was incredibly sweet, her dishes were incredibly delicious! The owners were very friendly and helped me immediately when I had a problem! I recommend it!
