是非また利用したいホテル
Pros:

朝食が口コミ通りおいしかった。フレンチトースト以外にもサラダやおかずも手の込んだ食べたくなるメニューが多く、美味しかった。受付の方は気さくに話してくれ、朝食のスタッフさんはお茶が冷えていないか気にして下さるなど、対応、サービスが丁寧でとても良かった。
部屋は広く、ベットも大きく、平日に泊まったのもあるかもしれないが、リーズナブルに感じられた。

Cons:

強いて言えば、お風呂の排水がいまいちで、シャワーを普段使う量普通に出すと、足元に常に水が少しある感じになるのが少し気になった。

Spacious triple room & good location
Pros:

We did not book any rooms in advance because our plan was very flexible. When we ended up that day in Karuizawa, we found out that most accommodations there were too much more than what we could efford. We were lucky enough to find Hotel Karuizawa Elegance at the last minute. Price was reasonable and the triple room was spacious. So convenient with coin washing machine and dryer. The manager was super kind and helpful!

軽井沢を楽しむのには良かったです。
Pros:

家族3人で泊まりました。お部屋が広くてゆったりしました。　軽井沢銀座に近く万平ホテルと散歩するにはとても良かったです。　とても安く泊まれましたしその分食事やツルヤの食材買い物アウトレットでで楽しめました。

Cons:

風呂場の換気が良くないのかニオイがありました。
シャワーのロックがきかずあのようなものなのかか
よくわかりません。

Pros:

スタッフの方が挨拶をいつも気持ちよくしてくださって、接してくださったのが何より良かったです。お部屋にソファーやテーブル，ミニキッチンが備わっていて、とっても使いやすかったです。またシャンプー類も充実していたと思います。廊下の一角にコーヒーマシーンや飲み物のサービス，ハーブティーもあったので嬉しかったです。大変助かりました。駐車場が施設に隣接されていたのも良いですね。軽井沢で、これほどリーズナブルに宿泊できたのも良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂のドアの下のところに、サビが溜まっていました。日常の清掃である程度きれいになるのではないかなぁと感じました。
レストランの朝食がとても評判が良くて楽しみにしていたのですが、火曜日の朝はお休みと言うことでとってもがっかりでした。
