スタッフの方の対応が丁寧でした。コーヒーが無料で飲めてよかった。

部屋は悪くないが、床が場所によりきしむ。パジャマは上下わかれていた方いいと思いました

涼しい環境でゆっくりできました。

虫の多い季節で、虫よけベープを設置してくれていた。あれがなかったら、刺され放題だったでしょう。

立地条件軽井沢感がとても良くて　軽井沢駅にも旧軽井沢にも徒歩で行け　とても楽で安心感があります　スタッフ皆様アットホームで優しく癒されます　朝食が種類豊富で大満足　ホテルの朝食はとても楽しみです　また行きます　有難うございました

It was in a good location

Cons:

Air conditioner was very poor so room was very stuffy on the hot days we stayed - I asked for a pedestal fan but was not provided one.
Room stank of smokes even though it was a non smoking room
Very old decor, carpet etc
It needs a bit of love this place
