החדר היה יחסית ליפן.

Cons:

המלון מיושן. ריח לא נעים.
פקיד הקבלה לא היה נחמד. קיבלנו חדר בקומה 3 ללא מעלית. אנחנו בני 68. הוא לא הסכים לתת לנו קומה נמוכה.
המיטות היו גדולות אך מתנדנדות.
זה המלון הכי יקר מכל המלונות שהיינו בהם במשך 20 יום עם התמורה הכי גרועה.
שמחנו שהיינו רק לילה אחד.
הדוש במקלחת היה גרוע. והיו כמה הפסקות חשמל.

シンプルだが大満足！
Pros:

　旧軽のメインストリートに直結しており、散策も買い物・食事も至便。

　素泊まりだか、部屋はシンプルでも広さは充分、清潔でバス・トイレが分かれている点が秀逸。また、簡単なシンクが置かれている点もプラス要因。
　窓からのロケーションも、旧軽の通りを眺められて雰囲気を味わえる。


　白樺が自生する、南館中庭の落ち着いた空気感も素敵！　　　いかにも、軽井沢👍。

Pros:

朝食付の宿泊でしたが、食事がとても美味しかったです！
給仕のスタッフの方が、一流ホテルの様にとても丁寧な対応をされていて、驚きました。ありがとうございました。

部屋も広々として、清掃も行き届いていました。
コンパクトながら、使い勝手よく作られたホテルでした。

立地は駅も近くて便利な所でした。

Cons:

ロケーション的には少し木々の多い街中と言う感じで、見える空は小さかったです。

電車で行きましたが、ホテルは駅と旧軽の間で、とても便利でした。部屋もやや古さはありますが、過不足ないし、清潔でした。１階の無料のコーヒーサービスも有難かったです

Perfect location ….about 12’ from station in a quiet area…surrounded by peaceful atmosphere…
The family who manage the hotel is so friendly,
delicious breakfast, price cheaper after “golden week”, room layout and lot of space….we can live here(33 sq meter).ありがとうございました！　楽しかった、面白くて、　またこんど！

昔ながらのリラックスできる素敵なホテルです。
Pros:

ツインルームのシングルユースでした。クラシックな雰囲気でとても落ち着きました。
こじんまりしたホテルなので、朝食は洋食だけか思いましたが、白飯、炊き込みご飯、温泉卵あり。サラダも野菜の料理もたくさんあり満足でした！

Cons:

エアコンのリモコンを切ったのに、エアコンが切れてなかった。部屋の中が暑かったのですが、後で考えれば温度調節すればよかったんですね。
