Decent place to explore kuruizawa
Pros:

Good location, about 15 mins walk from the station and midway between station and old Ginza town. Also quite a few eateries around the area.

The property was cosy but felt a bit dated.

まあまあ、よかったです
Pros:

朝食の種類もたくさんありどれも美味しかったです
レストランもゆっくりくつろげる感じでよかったです
スタッフの対応も感じよくて満足です

Cons:

お風呂が古くて，浴槽に入るのは、リラックスできず、残念でした
洗面所にコスメが置いてなかったので、自分のものをつかいましたが、化粧水と乳液ぐらいサービスしてほしいですね
部屋は、ゆったりして使いやすかったです

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんが親切に対応してくれて、快適に滞在することが出来ました。
また、ロケーションもグッドでした（軽井沢駅および旧軽井沢銀座に近く、今回テニスの試合会場である風越公園も車で10分で行け、大好きな発地市庭にも15分)。

Cons:

製氷機が無く、南館受け付けに何度か貰いに行ったのが大変不便でした（冷蔵庫が小さいため氷を買っても保管することが難しいため)。

Pros:

音漏れがなく部屋もすごく広くレトロ感があって良かったお食事もとても美味しかったです

Cons:

お風呂のタイルが劣化がしていたりシャワーだけだとシャワーヘッドが小さいので洗いにくい点がある。天井が低いのにシーリングファンが付いて居ますが当たりそうで怖かったクーラーがカチカチ何かと音が大きく寝不足気味

とても落ち着くホテルです。安東美術館が好きなので、またぜひそちらに宿泊したいです。
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆親切で、とても感じが良かった。マニュアル通りの親切さではなく、うちから滲み出る人間らしい温かみを感じました。
朝食の時、特に年配ベテランスタッフさんの佇まいが素晴らしかった。お皿を下げるのもとてもスマートで、無駄のない動き、全てに目を配っている様子がとても美しく、美味しい食事と共に快適な時間でした。
併設のカフェのお菓子がとても美味しかった！ロビーで新聞を読んだり、飲み物を自由にいただけるスペースがあるのも良かったです。

Cons:

設備が古いのはしょうがないですが、内線が通じないことを最初の説明で言われなかったので、何度もかけてしまいました。
