Beautiful property in lovely with lovely garden.
Room was very nice.
Food was great.
Staff were very friendly.
It was a very pleasant stay for us
It was the hottest day of the year, but that couldn’t be helped
Location
Mattress and no bath
The location was good for Cirencester.
With the exception of a nice man on reception when we arrived and a very nice lady on reception when we left, the staff weren’t great. One young woman in the bar ‘Matty’ was verging on rude and very unhelpful. She was not really up to the job.
Very clean & polite staff
Bit dated, could do with a splash of paint & some decorating
Nice and quiet
Lovely staff, good location and breakfast is nice
The WiFi SUCKs - could not get reliable wifi or mobile reception in my room so for a business hotel - unacceptable.
No gym or laundry service either which makes longer stays a challenge.
We booked to stay here for 2 nights with our dog while on a small holiday to the cotswolds. The hotel is lovely, the room was spacious, the bathroom was small but nice, great shower pressure. They left a little complimentary dog treat hamper which we and the dog loved! We had a good night sleep and breakfast on the first morning was delicious. The dog got a complimentary sausage for her breakfast too which she enjoyed! We had to leave too early the 2nd morning for breakfast but we were able to sort out checkout the evening before with no issues.
We werent able to use any of the spa facilities as we had the dog and only used this hotel as a base for our day trips, but i would happily come back again with or without the dog and stay here again if we are in the cotswolds again
Nothing, everything was great
Lovely Cotswold hotel that was clean, comfortable and well maintained.
Clean, light and airy. The rooms, food, bar and spa were all perfect for us
Nothing, it is a great property
Main hotel areas are lovely and staff friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was ok.
Bedrooms clean but somewhat dated, water in bathroom sink did not drain away.
Wonderful hotel, beautiful garden, staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. We would definitely return.
The only thing I would criticise would be the tea! It was very weak and either little flavour.
