Personnels irrespectueux

Cons:

Le gardien au parking n'était pas courtois, personnels qui méprisent le client et le jugent selon son apparence, un service médiocre au restaurant
Ce qui m'est arrivé personnellement c'est que pendant le petit dej j'ai choisi un endroit moins bruyant pour manger, je voulais un café je ne l'ai qu'après que mes plats se sont refroidi un nombre de personnels se sont mis à côté de moi au moment du service et ont commencé à parler d'une voix haute à crier même sans aucune respect au client, puis un autre groupe de personnels se sont mis devant la porte à ma chambre et ont commencé à parler à voix haute au poins de me réveiller de mon sommeil
Donc le seul prob c'est le personnels

للأسف الشديد كان تعاملهم معي سيئ جدا لم يقوموا بتوفير الغرفة بالوقت حيث اكد لي موظف الاستقبال انه لم يتم اخباره بتغيير موعد الحجز وكنت أوضح له بالإيميل المرسل من الفندق انه تمت الموافقة على تغيير الحجز وهذا الإيميل للموافقة لكنه لم يهتم البى إن تم الواصل مع مسؤله وتم تسليمي الغرفة بعد مدة طويلة من المقرر استلامها
كان لهذا التصرف شعور سي لما كنت أعانيه من إرهاق السفر والتعب

A lovely welcome
Pros:

From check-in to check-out, and meals at the Open restaurant, service was great. Always with a welcoming smile. Everyone went out of their way to help ensure I had a wonderful stay. The room was huge, especially for just me. And the signature warm cookie at check-in since it’s a Hilton property. A lovely welcome to Casablanca and Morocco.
