This hotel is now DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca City Centre.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for a couple of nights. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations.

The warm welcome from Abdelkadder, Nabil, and Mouhcine at the front desk made us feel at home right away. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The restaurant service was exceptional and truly made us feel special every morning. A special thank you to Kamelia and her entire team for their outstanding service, attention to detail, and warm smiles.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond, they pay attention to every detail, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful Hotel with Great Service
Pros:

Very large beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms. The staff was especially helpful. The restaurant was a little disappointing. Good location. Great for meetings.

I will not return to this hotel again.
Pros:

The room cleaning and breakfast

Cons:

The furniture is very old and very much used!
And there is bad smell everywhere from the entrance and the corridors!
This cannot be 5 star hotel!

A Truly Relaxing and Professional Spa Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful massage at the spa in the DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca, and I would especially like to thank Soukaina for her outstanding service.
She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her technique was excellent, with just the right amount of pressure, and she paid great attention to the areas that needed it most. I left the treatment feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you are visiting the hotel and looking for a high-quality massage, I highly recommend booking with Soukaina.
