Pros:

Schone, ruime kamers. En het personeel doet erg hun best om je van alle gemakken te voorzien. Vooral meneer Nabil die ons goed heeft geholpen. Hele vriendelijke man. Dank je wel voor ons fijne verblijf daar!
Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en vers, maar daar betaal je natuurlijk ook voor 😉 al met al , top verblijf gehad!

Un excellent séjour professionnel à Casablanca

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre de plusieurs rendez-vous d’affaires à Casablanca, et je tiens à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle de l’accueil et du service.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Nabil, dont l’accueil et la disponibilité ont été remarquables, ainsi qu’à Abdelkader, le bagagiste, toujours souriant, serviable et attentionné.

J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme de l’équipe de sécurité, aussi bien à l’entrée de l’hôtel qu’au niveau du parking. On se sent immédiatement en confiance et parfaitement pris en charge.

Mention spéciale également pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est tout simplement excellent : un choix impressionnant, des produits de qualité et une équipe aux petits soins, attentive et souriante. Un vrai plaisir pour commencer la journée.

Dans le cadre d’un séjour professionnel, tous ces détails font vraiment la différence. L’ensemble de l’équipe contribue à créer une atmosphère à la fois professionnelle, chaleureuse et très agréable.

Une excellente expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, cette fois-ci avec ma famille pour profiter de quelques jours de vacances à Casablanca. Une adresse que je garderai précieusement pour mes prochains séjours.

Hotel is amazing, very clean and our room was huge with all the amenities.

Cons:

Location was a bit far from all attractions
Breakfast & dinner buffets were not exactly Hilton , a/c wasn’t working in the restaurant and was a bit hot and so as in the hole ways
