La taille de la chambre

Cons:

Hôtel mal situé avec un environnement assez peu charmant
Le personnel semble assez vite dépassé du coup beaucoup d’attente à chaque demande
Les étoiles ne sont pas du tout representatives de ce qu’est l’hôtel …aucune aide bagages par exemple

Very comfortable stay , The staff made our stay better by their cooperation and understanding.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a bigger and better rooms as the booked room were already fully occupied, very cooperative staff, it was comfortable stay for one night, the hotel.

Cons:

Hotel bastante desfastado, com problemas serios de manutenção. Ficamos em um quarto q estava com vazamento no banheiro (estava alagado). Trocamos de quarto e a limpeza estava pessima, com lencoia cujos, carpete manchados e a facial do banheiro estava solta. Pessima experiencia
