Selling a lie!
Pros:

There is a kitchen with no dishes theres only room service once a week and they do not serve any breakfast. Do not come here for these rates you can stay in a hotel with free breakfast everyday room service and a kitchen I will tell my company to longer book us here. I also asked to no be on the bottom floor because I didnt want to listen to people running around all night they said it wouldn't be an issue here I am almost 10pm cant sleep listening to kids running like crazy. Do not stay here you will not get a good night's rest this is not a great deal you can't even cook or have dishes provided to you the reasoning because they don't have dishwashers! Also breakfast is not free!

I needed a location and it served our purpose but would not return at this price and no breakfast.

Pleasant stay with everything we needed.
Pros:

Large room with kitchen. Shower was excellent with plenty of towels. Located between Sagaya, Cuddy Family Park, and University Mall, on bus line, near library too. Friendly staff. Large window, good heater. Very convenient for our trip

I would stay at the My Place Hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality!
Pros:

Everything was clean. I appreciated the blackout curtain and the refrigerator. I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. I am thankful that the room was close to the elevator. The ladies who checked me (and a couple) in were nice and friendly. They were professional and kind.
Thank you for the coffee in the morning!

Cons:

I expected the rooms to be straightened and given clean towels everyday. I was surprised to see that there was no breakfast provided--I must have mistaken what I read online and thought that breakfast would be provided.
