Decepcionante!

Infelizmente, minha experiência com o atendimento no café da manhã do Hotel Crocobeach foi extremamente desagradável e decepcionante. Durante dois dias consecutivos, os funcionários perderam a comanda do meu pedido de tapioca. Reclamei sobre a situação e, no terceiro dia, em vez de receber um atendimento mais cuidadoso, fui novamente constrangida. A comanda foi literalmente jogada sobre a mesa e, logo em seguida, minha tapioca também foi colocada de forma extremamente grosseira, na frente da minha família e de outros hóspedes. Paguei por uma hospedagem para desfrutar de momentos de descanso e férias, mas infelizmente me senti humilhada e desrespeitada em público. Uma situação que jamais esperaria vivenciar em um hotel. Por esse motivo, eu e minha família não voltaremos ao Hotel Crocobeach e também não o recomendo aos meus amigos e familiares. Espero que a administração reveja urgentemente a postura e o treinamento dos funcionários responsáveis pelo atendimento no café da manhã, para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma situação.

bisogna considerare la posizione, chi vuole una bella spiaggia questo va bene, ma fuori non c,è nulla.
colazione buona, personale disponibile, per questa categoria di hotel pochi parlano inglese.
