Estadia maravilhosa!
Ficamos receosos de fazer a reserva por conta de alguns comentários negativos que vimos, mas decidimos passar uma diária para tirar nossas próprias conclusões e avaliar para uma próxima viagem. A experiência nos surpreendeu de forma muito positiva.
O atendimento foi excelente, com uma equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã é variado e o quarto é confortável.
O complexo fica bem próximo ao hotel, que disponibiliza toalhas para uso na praia ou na piscina. Além disso, os hóspedes têm direito a descontos no complexo.
Outro ponto positivo é que, caso você chegue antes do horário do check-in, o hotel oferece depósito para bagagens e permite utilizar as áreas comuns do hotel e do complexo enquanto aguarda a liberação do quarto.
Uma das preocupações é sobre a localização, principalmente a noite, porém para quem estiver de carro, ou for utilizar Uber é muito tranquilo.
Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos a hospedagem!

Eu amo tudo nesse hotel o café da manhã é algo excepcional, volto sempre que posso pois é um dos meus preferidos.

O preço é um pouco elevado para a região porém o hotel entrega o que promete.

Confortável e excelente atendimento
Pros:

Vista linda. Ótima localização, principalmente para quem deseja frequentar a barraca Crocobeach. Quem de hospeda tem desconto no consumo da barraca. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, Café da manhã com bastante variedade e funciona em ótimo horário.

Cons:

As portas tanto do quarto quanto do banheiro dentro do quarto são muito antigas. O aparelho de ar-condicionado também era bem instável e difícil de calibrar.

Pros:

Café da manhã com bastante opção, cama confortável, limpeza, piscina boa, restaurante com bons pratos para jantar sem precisar ficar se deslocando. A localização para quem gosta de aproveitar o dia na praia, de nadar e ficar nas barracas é ótima.

Cons:

Para sair a noite a localização não é boa, fica longe do movimento, mas nada que um Uber não resolva. Já os vendedores ambulantes que tem acesso a parte em frente ao mar do complexo crocobeach, só por Deus, é 1 por minuto.
No último dia, o rapaz que atendeu a gnt na parte da piscina foi um pouco irônico no atendimento com a minha mãe e depois pedi pra ele embalar o que sobrou que iríamos levar, ele disse q dava pra embalar, depois fui buscar pq estava demorando e a moça disse que ele havia jogado fora.

Não gostei do funcionario Wladimir do café da manhã, quase me derrubou, completamente despreparado pra lidar com os hóspedes, e ainda retrucou quando disse para ele olhar por onde anda. Uma pessoa que precisa de uma aula de boas maneiras e como lidar com os hospedes
