Everything. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable,, and the spacious room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good unless you are vegan.
No vegan options and no greens at the buffet breakfast.
I have never experienced better staff in any hotel - friendly, helpful, courteous and happy to go the extra mile. They are this hotel’s greatest asset.

Such a lovely place to stay if you need a place close to the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are superb comfy and the room is really quiet. The restaurant has great meals and very tasty breakfasts. The staff in reception and the restaurant were all so friendly and welcoming, we will definitely come back.

The location has easy access to all directions of the city.

Love Julio's Restaurant in the foyer, has a great menu with a yummy Minestroni Soup and good sized desserts.

The room was simply gorgeous, immaculate throughout,

Tea and coffee waited there, with milk prepared just right,
Thoughtful little touches that made the stay delight.
The toiletries were plentiful, the comforts hard to beat,
Every detail carefully arranged and complete.
Not one thing could be faulted from arrival to goodbye,

The staff provided excellent service, and the room was well-appointed. However, we noted that the lighting near the safe and coffee machine lighting was inoperative. Additionally, the shower drainage system allowed water to overflow onto the main bathroom floor.
I took my elderly mother for an overnight stay at the hotel . Got a room with a view was very comfortable beds . Lovely hotel .

Pillows are way too high and hard, would be nice if every pillow in the room wasn't the same.
