Pros:

The location was perfect for what we needed. We wanted something close to the convention center, Disney Springs and food. We used Uber eats for all our food delivery and Uber to get back and forth from the convention. The room was super spacious which is what we wanted and needed. The staff was super friendly. The food for breakfast was surprisingly the best hotel food we've had yet. We stayed on the side that views SeaWorld and being a holiday weekend we got to see the fireworks from our room and whatever other light show they had going on.

Cons:

I didn't like that with the amount of money you're paying to stay at the hotel that they charge an extra $10/night you stay. Considering you already have to pay Everywhere to park in this town as it is. The bathroom wasn't all that clean and there was dust everywhere in the room. The couch cushions were torn up and the couch bed was jammed in there and took two of us (who are powerlifters btw) to force that thing out.

"A five-star stay for our Universal Epic Universe trip — absolutely great."
Pros:

I loved the proximity to SeaWorld—it was within walking distance. The fully equipped kitchen (full fridge, dishwasher) and spacious suite were perfect for me and hubby. The free breakfast saved us a lot of money, and the fee for parking was a $10 although I don’t think hotels should charge for parking after all we do pay a hefty fee to stay as a guest.

Cons:

"I disliked that I had to pay an additional parking fee. For a hotel in this category and location, parking should be included as in the past. This extra fee should not be permitted by our government.

Très bien situé pour visiter les parcs même Disneyworld. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Propre et bonne literie. Bel appartement bien équipé, adapté aux familles. Petite épicerie derrière l'accueil très pratique. Proche commerces. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner (non adapté si vous avez des allergies alimentaires). Impossible d'aérer l'appartement donc odeur désagréable constante.
