Important information:

If you do not arrive by 11 pm on your arrival date, and have not informed the property in advance, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation.

Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. All payments must be made by credit or debit card, or via EFTPOS. Unless you pay in advance, you will be required to pay for the entire stay and any additional charges upon arrival at the hotel.
Card payments: Please note that a 1.74% charge applies to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay and JCB card payments.

All bedrooms (excluding studios and mini-suites) have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds.

Every three days, your suite will receive an express service, including making the beds with existing linen, replacing towels and toiletries, loading the dishwasher and emptying the rubbish bins.
For stays of more than seven nights, your suite will receive a full clean, including fresh linen every seven days.
A valid ID in the name of the cardholder is required upon check-in.

Please note that pre-authorisation of a credit, debit or EFTPOS card is required at the time of booking.

You will also be required to pay a bond at check-in.

This will be refunded upon departure.

The bond amounts are as follows: - Studios/Suites with one bedroom: Up to AU$100

- Suites with two bedrooms: Up to AU$200

- Penthouses: Up to AU$2,000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room.

You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Very comfortable stay and that view is unforgettable
Pros:

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The two bathrooms and the washing machine were welcome features. Our room on the 67th floor had a spectacular view of Howard Smith Wharves and Story Bridge.

Cons:

The kitchen tap sprayed water outside of the sink when it was in use so it created quite a wet mess on the kitchen counter. A drying rack would have been handy too.

Great place to stay close to the Howard Smith Wharves complex
Pros:

Carlos at reception was very helpful. Hang onto that one! Place we stayed was good size for 2 nights, very easy access to the street and the parking garage.

Cons:

A toaster, and some dish wash liquid would have been good.

Overall a comfortable stay. Everything was clean. Luckily it was only one night, as the third floor overlooking the road
Pros:

The location, as I had to attend a function at the Howard Smith Wharves which was a 5 minute walk away.

Cons:

The small driveway, set down and drop off area. This caused a bit of congestion at check in time. There were only two 5 minute bays to park your car to check in. I found a spot around the corner in a commercial loading zone, which luckily didn’t give me a parking fine when I checked in to find out that the $50 parking was off site.

It was comfortable enough

Cons:

The bathrooms could do with a good clean, mouldy shower, tiles, shower screen grime over the tiles. We booked 3 rooms for family and all 3 bathrooms were the same, in need of a good clean with one actually pretty bad with mould. Booking.com states parking at $45 night but hotel charges $50.
