Handy for a 2 night business stay
Pros:

The suites themselves are very comfortable and modern.

Cons:

But while it is very handy for Roma St station, and close to a lovely bridge across the river, it isnt the nicest part of Brisbane city.

Pros:

Staff is incredible. They went way above what is expected to make our stay super enjoyable. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores. Its a quick 10 minute walk to the Queens Market shopping district.

L’excellente situation proche à la fois du centre ville de la rivière et de la gare

Had an excellent time, would stay here again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Staff were friendly and happy to assist even at 9pm when we called down requesting a late checkout. Housekeeping was excellent and paid attention to detail. Location meant that south bank and the ferry terminals plus cafes and restaurants were all within a 15 minute walk without being right in the CBD.

Cons:

Bed was slightly too hard for us, but that’s just our preference. Our room also didn’t have the best view but, it’s a small thing compared to how excellent the rest of our experience was.

An enjoyable stay in a central location. Easy walk to the river. Staff were excellent.
Pros:

Location and helpfulness of the staff. It was great to be able to arrange a late checkout and to be able to leave my luggage for collection later in the afternoon prior to my airport departure.

Cons:

Even with the shower door closed, it soaked the bathroom floor. I think it could potentially be unsafe for elderly people due to risk of falls on the tiles when wet. Maybe the shower door seals need to be bigger?

Apparent was clean and tidy good for price few things were average but overal ok

Cons:

Staff gave me the wrong key to get to carpark and blamed me for going to the wrong car park even tho I got told to go there. There was only 2 towels in apartment for 3 people which was annoying. And for the money I was expecting a proper shower not a shower in a bath.
