Хороший, отзывчивый персонал.Хороший, просторный номер : гостиная с кухней, 2 спальни, 2 туалета и душа. Удобные кровати, плотные шторы. Ежедневно делали уборку, меняли полотенца, приносили водичку и кофе. Удачное, близкое расположение к пляжу. Окна номера выходят на дорогу, вечером и ночью было периодически шумно, что мешало спать. Есть нюанс для людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями. Номер на втором этаже, с нами в компании был человек с поврежденной ногой, подниматься было сложновато, но справились. Сразу внизу отеля есть кафе с хорошими завтракми и вкусными блюдами.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable: a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two toilets, and a shower. Comfortable beds and thick curtains. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed, and water and coffee were provided. The location was convenient and close to the beach. The room overlooked the road, so there was occasional noise in the evenings and at night, which made it difficult to sleep. There's a special feature for those with disabilities. The room was on the second floor, and we had a person with an injured leg in our group, so climbing was a bit challenging, but we managed. There's a cafe right downstairs with good breakfasts and delicious food.

Posizione ottima

Cons:

Camere un po' datate , però pulite. Non ha la spiaggia sua privata perché non è sul mare, ma basta girare l' angolo e sei in spiaggia. Personale accogliente e gentilissimo, abbiamo fatto anche 2 escursioni è ci ha fatto lo sconto. Per ogni cosa, prenotazioni, taxi, noleggio ed altre cose, la ragazza alla reception è disponibile e veloce.

La spiaggia era vicina ,la posizione buona

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato per il compleanno di mio marito avevamo anche avvisato di questo, la stanza basic caldissima con una botola sopra la porta che faceva entrare il caldo peggiore.Alla reception pochissima assistenza e quando sono scesa per chiedere info sulla cassaforte la signora ha fatto delle facce di scocciatura.
Ho trovato in camera tantissime formiche pur non essendoci nulla da mangiare.
Prodotti da bagno pochissimi per una famiglia a mala pena una persona riusciva a fare la doccia.
Scale pesanti da fare ogni giorno ,più volte a giorno e blatte di benvenuto.

Alles in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, das Meer hinter dem Hotel.
Personal freundlich Balkon groß und ruhig .
Alles zusammen war es gut 👍 für den Preis.

2 bed partnebt in excellent location steps away from the beach.
Pros:

Newly furnished to high standard. Bedroom, bathrooms and living room all good size. Excellent location, steps away from Chaweng beach. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Limited natural light, on top of laundrette/ backed on to service area of Avani hotel so was noisy.
