התחזוקה לא נאותה. תחושה של מלון מוזנח.

לצערי המקום לא מספיק מתוחזק ומנוהל. יש לו פוטנציאל להיות וואו, מסתפק בינוניות מבאסת

החדרים שלנו היו חמודים, המדשאה עם הערסלים נהדרת, הבריכה סבבה

הצוות לא השיב לפניותנו בטרם ההגעה. יש נציגה בוט שלא מתקשרת עם צוות המלון ואף אחד לא חוזר אליך. המקום עצמו מיושן ומוזנח. ממש מורגש שכל עניין האחזקה לא מנוהל. בלובי בקבלה הארון מדפים מאחורי נציגות הקבלה מלוכלך ועם ידיות חסרות. בו באותו רגע התחשק לי לעשות אחורה פנה ולברוח...בקומה שלנו היה שולחן מזנון קטן דקורטיבי, הוא שבור. עליו מונח עציץ קטן ומסכן. על המעקה יש חתיכות עץ שמוחזקות עם אזיקון. ממש היה לי קשה בעיניים לראות את הדברים האלו כי הם מעידים על הזנחה. בכל כך מעט מאמץ זה היה וואו , המלון עצמו חמוד, החדרים שלנו היו סה״כ סבבה , הדשא והבריכה נהדרים. ממש חבל.
