Pros:

Die Unterkunft sehr zentral und ein Parkhaus direkt in der Nähe wo das Auto für 3 Nächte stand.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr veraltert. Teppichboden dreckig und fleckig unhygienisch und nicht sauber. Haare im Bad auf dem Boden sowie im frischen Bett. Die Zimmer müssten dringend erneuert werden sowie das Inventar.
Das Frühstücksbüffet soweit okay, jedoch wären frische Brötchen schön gewesen und ein Rührei konnte man nicht bekommen sonder nur ein gekochtes Ei. 20 Euro wurden für ein Frühstück berechnet .

Tout se passait bien mais le matin, comme convenu, ils ont accepté qu’on laisse notre valise la journée en attendant de prendre notre train de 17h50. Quand nous sommes revenus pour la récupérer, nous avons passé plus d’une heure devant la porte fermée. Nous avons sonné sans cesse, nous avons essayé de téléphoner … sans réponse. Après 1h20, le monsieur qui était bien à l’intérieur est venu nous ouvrir … nous avons donc bien évidement manqué notre train.

La posizione è ottima, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ho apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti; la camera ben organizzata, curata nei dettagli, accogliente e con una temperatura piacevole; l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno speciale è stata l'accoglienza della proprietaria, una persona molto gentile, disponibile e calorosa, mi ha accolta con entusiasmo e cortesia, fornendomi consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città. Mi sono trovata molto bene, consigliatissimo (non ho usufruito della colazione).

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Hem tren istasyonuna hem de Brugge şehir merkezine yürüyerek ulaşılabilecek mesafedeydi. Ayrıca çevresinde parklar ve daha sakin, huzurlu alanlar bulunması konaklamayı keyifli hale getirdi. Otel çalışanları genel olarak misafirperverdi ve ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Özellikle oteldeki hanımefendi oldukça ilgiliydi ve sıcak bir iletişim kurdu. Genel olarak konumu, sakin çevresi ve çalışanların yardımseverliği açısından güzel bir oteldi.

Cons:

Otelin bazı konularda yenilenmeye ve geliştirmeye ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Öncelikle odadaki yatak oldukça eski ve konforsuzdu. Özellikle birinci kattaki yatakta ciddi şekilde bel ağrısı yaşadım ve ağrı kesici almak zorunda kaldım. Bu nedenle yatakların yenilenmesi otelin konforunu ciddi şekilde artıracaktır.

Bir diğer konu odaların temizliğiyle ilgili bilgilendirme eksikliğiydi. Kapıya asılan “odayı temizleyin / rahatsız etmeyin” tarzı kartlar bulunmuyordu. Bu nedenle odamızın temizlenmeyeceğini düşündük ve eşyalarımızı buna göre düzenlemedik. Döndüğümüzde odamızın temizlenmiş olduğunu gördük. Temizlenmiş olması olumlu olsa da misafirin bunu önceden kontrol edebilmesi ve tercih edebilmesi daha doğru olurdu.

Ayrıca odada klima bulunmuyordu. Bizim konakladığımız dönemde hava yaklaşık 28 dereceydi ve oda oldukça bunaltıcı olabiliyordu. Daha sıcak yaz günlerinde bu durum daha büyük bir problem yaratabilir. Yatakların yenilenmesi, klima ya da daha iyi bir serinletme çözümü sağlanması ve oda temizliği konusunda misafire seçenek sunulması oteli çok daha iyi bir seviyeye taşıyacaktır.

Pros:

Beds are very comfortable and location is perfect , 5 min to center, canals and train station. Room was very clean, good to stay in such a historical building

Sink was blocked they have to check before lodging people in the room
It was a roof floor as no air condition, no fridge it was so hot. But opening the window provides nice fresh air. In photographed it wasn’t a roof floor room

Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Czajnik bardzo przydatny, chociaż z dość krotkim kablem. Kosmetyki łazienkowe o ładnym zapachu.

Cons:

Do wypożyczenia pokoju dobrze byłoby dodać małą lodówkę. W upalne dni nie ma jak schłodzić wody, czy przechować jedzenie. Brak klimatyzacji nie byłby uciążliwy, gdyby nie nocny gwar, jeśli trzeba otworzyć okno. Poza tym ulica cicha. Materac wygodny, ale trochę zjeżdżał z łóżka. Niektóre ręczniki mocno zuzyte, ale jeśli trzeba wymienione bez problemu. Wystrój mógłby być odnowiony i przytulniejszy.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage, wenige Fußminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Inhaberin des Hotels war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Een geweldig verblijf
Pros:

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier. De gastvrouw was erg aardig, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze gaf ons een heel welkom gevoel.

De kamer was zeer schoon. En werd elke dag schoongemaakt en eventueel schone handdoeken. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk. Er was veel variatie en voor ieder iets wils.

Mocht je een lichte slaper zijn, dan zouden oordopjes nog een kleine tip kunnen zijn voor het slapen. Naast het hotel zit een hostel waar tot laat geluid was. Echter, als wij het raam dichtdeden hadden we hier geen last van. Wij hebben hier ons helemaal niet aan gestoord.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker terugkomen!
