Pros:

Nice quiet back alley location very comveniemt near parking amd access to the city

Cons:

Staff were very unfriendly and almost hostile towards us because we arrived late due to eurotunnel delays. They then charged us extra for late check in. We ended up sleeping in the car the first night. I understand that eurotunnel delays are not the hotels fault but they were very unhelpful amd un friendly

Está bien ubicado, la limpieza está bien y la habitación es comoda

Cons:

Hacia mucho calor y no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Abrimos la ventana y fue una invasión de mosquitos, fuimos a la recepción para buscar algún ventilador o que nos dieran auyenta mosquitos y no había nadie que atendiera. En ningún momento del día hay personal que este en la recepción . El desayuno cuesta 20 euros, nos pareció muy caro.

Payet une taxe de séjour alors qu on habite en Belgique, c est moyen ( surtout qu on doit la payer en liquide)

The location was excellent. Welcoming host. Very clean facilitities. Good sized room. Bed was quite comfortable.
Kettle in room.
Able to store luggage till departed.

Cons:

Mosquitos at night were a problem. Netting only on one window and had holes in it. Got badly bitten.
No air conditioning or fan and very hot at night when we visited.
No coffee machine
Worn out towels.

worst experience in my whole life

delivered the keys at 9pm

late bed crib delivery even though we asked min 3-4 days in advance
afterwards she did xenophobic and national discriminative insults vie whatsapp messages, i have delivered them to booking, but there is no answer
the place so hot that our 1 year old baby could not sleep the whole night,and there was no air conditioner

Un hotel céntrico
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Estás muy cerca del centro.
La dueña es muy simpática y nos facilitó dejar las maletas antes de entrar a la habitación y también antes de abandonar la ciudad.

Cons:

El olor de la habitación. No sé si estaba mal ventilada o que ha llegado el momento de cambiar la alfombra.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft sehr zentral und ein Parkhaus direkt in der Nähe wo das Auto für 3 Nächte stand.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr veraltert. Teppichboden dreckig und fleckig unhygienisch und nicht sauber. Haare im Bad auf dem Boden sowie im frischen Bett. Die Zimmer müssten dringend erneuert werden sowie das Inventar.
Das Frühstücksbüffet soweit okay, jedoch wären frische Brötchen schön gewesen und ein Rührei konnte man nicht bekommen sonder nur ein gekochtes Ei. 20 Euro wurden für ein Frühstück berechnet .

Tout se passait bien mais le matin, comme convenu, ils ont accepté qu’on laisse notre valise la journée en attendant de prendre notre train de 17h50. Quand nous sommes revenus pour la récupérer, nous avons passé plus d’une heure devant la porte fermée. Nous avons sonné sans cesse, nous avons essayé de téléphoner … sans réponse. Après 1h20, le monsieur qui était bien à l’intérieur est venu nous ouvrir … nous avons donc bien évidement manqué notre train.

La posizione è ottima, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ho apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti; la camera ben organizzata, curata nei dettagli, accogliente e con una temperatura piacevole; l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno speciale è stata l'accoglienza della proprietaria, una persona molto gentile, disponibile e calorosa, mi ha accolta con entusiasmo e cortesia, fornendomi consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città. Mi sono trovata molto bene, consigliatissimo (non ho usufruito della colazione).
