Sehr erholsam, sehr zentral, sehr süß. Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr süßes Ambiente, wir hatten ein Zimmer unterm Dach, ohne Aufzug, mit dem Gepäck war es sehr anstrengend hoch. Durch die Höhe war es wohl etwas Problematisch mit dem Wasserablauf, dass Wasser stand schnell in der Dusche und Waschbecken hoch. Auf ersten Blick gepflegt, aber es könnten einige Stellen besser sein, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen, insgesamt ein Sehr süßes kleines Hotel und sehr freundlich.

Schön wäre ein Lastenaufzug fürs Gepäck

Sollten wir mal wieder in Ratingen sein, würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und nachdem die ersten Tage wohl nicht sehr viele
Gäste im Haus waren wurden wir aufgefordert uns doch etwas aufs Zimmer mitzunehmen.
Der Check-in hat über den Eingabecode auch super funktioniert. Wir hatten nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und auch dies hat geklappt.
Wir sind mit der Bahn bzw. S-Bahn angereist. Von dort ist es fußläufig 5 Minuten zum Hotel.

Cons:

Einzig der Einstieg in unsere Dusche war etwas unkomfortabel, da die Duschwanne nicht über die gesamte Breite ging sondern beim Einstieg zur Hälfte Duschwanne und zur anderen Hälfte eine Fliesenbreite eine Trittfläche.
Was kein Problem wäre, wenn es einen Haltegriff gäbe. So muss man aufpassen das man beim aussteigen nicht wegrutscht.
Wie mittlerweile so oft in Hotels gibt es keinen richtigen Schrank, so das die Ablagefläche etwas begrenzt war.

Cons:

Zugangscode zur Eingangstür funktionierte mehrfach nicht. Telefonischer Support dazu war: “WLAN funktioniert nicht.” Nicht sehr professionell. Bei anderen Gästen war es auch so.

Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Ein schön eingerichtetes Hotel an guter Lage mit reichhaltigem Frühstück.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Reception und somit nur Frühstückspersonal.

Basic hotel, management needs improvement.
Pros:

The location is close to an S-Bahn station. Quiet, good breakfast buffet. Nice rooms.

Cons:

The PIN code system is confusing and inefficient. I did a group booking and every room had a different pin, all send to me. The rooms were assigned wrong. Good old keys or key cards would have just worked better.
No receptionist, not enough personal. One poor lady seemed to have to do everything.
At 4pm, the room was not fully cleaned.
No spare toilet paper.
Again, not the workers fault. Was much better in the past before it became guestified…
