According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Manutenção deficiente. Fiquei num quarto onde faltava porta no box, frigobar não funcionou e tive de mudar de quarto, chuveiro estava sujo de sal e algas, portaria enrolada.

Foi uma boa relação custo benefício, mas eu provavelmente não voltaria.

Cons:

Eu escolhi esse hotel especificamente por conta da academia e o equipamento principal de musculação estava em más condições de conservação, a montagem de uma das roldanas estava invertida, inviabilizando o exercício. E o ar condicionado do ambiente era quase inexistente - era melhor deixar a porta aberta.

Serviços de recepção confuso, manutenção do hotel muito pouco eficiente, com tampas de sanitário mal instalada e soltas, chuveiros com sujeira de algas , geladeira que não funciona, ar condicionado om.pilhas fracas.

Rather quiet location near Ponta Negra Beach.
Large comfortable room with comfortable bed and nice balcony with beach view.
Large bathroom with hot shower and high quality towels.
Good breakfast.
Good aircon
Most of the staff was very friendly.

Dos funcionarios da Recpção - Helmary , Klefferson. , muito atenciosos

Cons:

por 2 vezes fomos solictados a fazer o chekin , uma vez pela arrumadeira e outra para conferencia do frigo bar , com isso na pressa acabamos deixando nosso relogio de pulso na cabeceira da cama, nos trazendo um transtorno, inclusive so hoje recebemos a noticia que o relogio havia sido encontrado.
