Great experience 😊
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We used the hotel's airport transfer service for both arrival and departure. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in Hanoi a bit late, but the driver waited for us and gave us a warm welcome still.
The location is also very strategic; we could easily walk around Hanoi to shop, dine, visit the lake, and enjoy various other activities.
The air conditioning didn't cool the room very quickly, but it was adequate since we spent most of the day outdoors. It wasn't a major issue for us.

El personal del hotel es super amable. Yo hablé con Lily antes de nuestra llegada para, además, reservar algunas excursiones, y me explicó todo de maravilla, pero todos y cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel nos han tratado genial. Puede ser un hotel pequeño, pero eso lo hace más cercano. Nada más llegar nos recibieron con fruta y zumo de bienvenida y nos prepararon nuestra habitación a pesar de que no había avisado sobre nuestra hora de llegada (my fault, sorry). El desayuno está muy bueno y tiene bastante variedad y las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. De todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en Vietnam, ha sido el mejor.

El Hotel estaba muy bien ubicado en el centro de Hanoi en una calle realmente auténtica con un mercado local de revista a primera hora de la mañana. El personal, Lily, se encargó de buscarnos los desplazamientos y el crucero por la Bahía de Halong que fue extraordinario. El desayuno es en la azotea e incluye un pequeño bufet y un plato personalizado que te cocinan en el momento.

Cons:

No estábamos acostumbrados al clima tan humedo y refrescarnos en una piscina habría sido de 10, no se puede tener todo. El desayuno bufet quizás podría ser un poco mas amplio y tener alguna opción más occidental. Es solo una sugerencia.

El personal muy bueno, nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones. La ubicación para conocer Hanoi muy buena y el desayuno con vistas muy guay aunque es un espacio muy pequeño

Gentili e ottima posizione
Pros:

Colazione buona e posizione favolosa, vicino al ristorante street Michelin, ottima disponibilità del personale.
Nonostante avessimo prenotato per tre notti ci hanno allungato una notte con cambio stanza. Servizio lavanderia buono e veloce.

Cons:

Il condizionatore nella seconda stanza non aveva la forza di raffreddare bene la stanza, bagni con poca privacy, la tenda fortunatamente funzionava.

Très bon hôtel en centre d'Hanoï :)
Pros:

Excellent séjour au Golden Moon en plein centre d'Hanoï. Petit hôtel dont l'accès se fait par une jolie ruelle, chambre spacieuse bien équipée, très propre et climatisée (chambre avec fenêtre). Petit déjeuner au rooftop super avec pas mal de choix! Service de laverie compris parfait également et pratique.
