Gentili e ottima posizione
Pros:

Colazione buona e posizione favolosa, vicino al ristorante street Michelin, ottima disponibilità del personale.
Nonostante avessimo prenotato per tre notti ci hanno allungato una notte con cambio stanza. Servizio lavanderia buono e veloce.

Cons:

Il condizionatore nella seconda stanza non aveva la forza di raffreddare bene la stanza, bagni con poca privacy, la tenda fortunatamente funzionava.

Très bon hôtel en centre d'Hanoï :)
Pros:

Excellent séjour au Golden Moon en plein centre d'Hanoï. Petit hôtel dont l'accès se fait par une jolie ruelle, chambre spacieuse bien équipée, très propre et climatisée (chambre avec fenêtre). Petit déjeuner au rooftop super avec pas mal de choix! Service de laverie compris parfait également et pratique.

Pros:

El desayuno espectacular y el trato mas. El día que nos marchábamos no teníamos autobús hasta la noche y comenzó a llover muchísimo. Nos dejaron ducharnos y estar en la salita que tienen ellos hasta que dejó de llover. Nos salvaron el viaje.

De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel is in dit hotel fantastisch! Ze hebben ons heel erg geholpen toen onze vlucht naar Hanoi verkeerd ging en later nogmaals toen onze bagage kwijt was geraakt. Ze hebben er echt voor gezorgd dat onze vakantie ondanks alle tegenslag tich goed begon.

Great location and friendly!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and always had choice. The location was great in the old quarter, we could walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom also. They offered to clean each day. It was very good value for what we paid.
