Pros:

Personnels très accueillant , placement super et prix avec petit déjeuné correct.

Cons:

Dans la chambre il faisait très chaud même avec la climatisation à 18 degrés

Pros:

L'emplacement était absolument parfait! Proche de tout à distance à pied, nous avons demandé une chambre en hauteur afin de mieux dormir et nous avons passé une excellente nuit! Le déjeuner sur la terrasse était parfait également. Le personnel vraiment aux petits soins, je recommande sans hésiter!

Pros:

Sempre acqua a disposizione in camera. Ottimo wifi. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione con vista sulla città, in terrazza.

Cons:

Migliorare la disposizione dei tavoli nella sala colazione. Sono pochi tavolini e andrebbero convogliate le coppie verso i tavoli da due, lasciano quelli con tre sedie a chi è effettivamente in tre, o si rischia di aspettare per la colazione oppure di stare stretti a tavola.

Отель выбирала по расположению . Он оказался идеальным цена и качество . Чудесная терраса для завтраков . Отель очень маленький . Расположен в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей центра . Сдавали вещи в стирку . Постирали за день . Отдали все выглаженное и чистое . За отличную цену . Рядом есть чудесные рестораны рекомендованные гидом Мишлен. Под окнами нет шумных заведений . Но надо понимать что движение и жизнь города начинаются очень рано . И есть звуки с улицы и это нормально . Номер был чистым . Полотенца меняли . А деву

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Herzen des Old Quarter

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und können es für einen Aufenthalt im Old Quarter von Hanoi uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend – mitten im Old Quarter und damit ideal, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den sehr herzlichen Empfang. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir wertvolle Tipps für die Stadt sowie eine Karte, die uns die Orientierung erleichtert hat.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit abwechslungsreichem Buffet, gutem Kaffee und der Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Speisen von einer Karte auszuwählen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Auch Minibar und Safe waren vorhanden.

Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war, dass wir während unseres Ausflugs nach Cat Ba unseren Koffer im Hotel aufbewahren konnten – vielen Dank für diesen Service.

Touren können direkt im Hotel gebucht werden, was die Reiseplanung sehr unkompliziert macht. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und besonders an den jungen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption für die herzliche Betreuung!

Great location, convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Golden moon is in a Great location, close to train street, shopping, right in the heart of the old town. Basic little room but has everything you need and is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Pros:

Professional staff, comfortable bed in the room I slept in, and nice and clean rooms. It was also fairly quiet

Pros:

Incredible how personal ka the approach from the stuff - the welcome drink and fruit, they remembered my name, the possibility to choose a breakfsst from menu and this rooftop breakfsst place, the rose petals on bed, the tea-coffee-drinks in the room. Everything eas perfect!

Herzliches Personal und insg einfach tolle Unterkunft

Absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ traumhaftes Personal, wir wurden so lieb und herzlich empfangen, konnten Touren über das Hotel buchen. Alles gegebdn: Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Auswahl des Frühstücks, Lage in der Altstadt, vA Personal super und persönlich :) Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gerne wieder!
