Estadía en Mar del plata

La ubicación, atención en el spa y la pileta. El desayuno. La comodidad.

Cons:

Recibí un trato soberbio por parte de la mujer en el momento de hacer el check-in. Ningún saludo cordial al recibirnos. Me sacaron una copia del dni y además tuve que rellenar un formulario a mano. Parece redundante, pero me dijeron que era un requisito de las autoridades en Mar del Plata. Después no sé cómo tratan esos datos personales.

Me quisieron cobrar un monto en pesos aproximado. Al consultar se fijó en la página de BNA para el tipo de cambio y era menor.
El segundo día había otra persona en la recepcipn y me atendió mucho mejor.

Había reservado una habitación con una cama doble pero al final eran dos camas unidas por un cubresommier. Se hundía en el medio.
El baño no estaba tan limpio en el momento del check-in.
El lobby del hotel se inundó el segundo día por la lluvia. Había una infiltración en el techo.

la piscina climatizada al ir con niños

Cons:

no poder guardar el auto ahi xq te raspa todo el piso del auto cuando intentas bajar al estacionamiento. esta mal hecha la rampa.

Excelente hotel para una escapada
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. A menos de 500 metros del centro en una zona tranquila con fácil acceso a la playa.
El desayuno bufet muy bueno

Cons:

El gimnasio podría mejorar.. cintas caminadoras y bicicletas deterioradas. Poco equipo.
La organización para el desayuno fue otro punto.
El sector es pequeño y generalmente colapsa, el personal no está capacitado para ordenar esos momentos.
Aunque mantienen muy buena disposición

Muy lindo el hotel ... lo unico que hacia mucha calor en la habitacion a pesar de tener apagado el aire acondicionado y el placsrd incomodo no se pofia abrir la puerta por la caja de seguridad

Habitación cómoda con excelente ubicación. Para trabajar solicita una silla con espaldar en la hab.

Cons:

El área de coworking en el 7mo piso no tiene buena señal de Wifi. El 2do día compré en la cafetería un late, 2 medialunas y un tiramisu pero ninguno estaba con buen sabor.
