進房間一股臭味🤢只能湊乎著住了一晚🥱不過吧檯的大姐很熱情服務態度很好

Bathroom shower had holes in the wall needed to be patched and painted.

Not enough noise

Alot of strange people in the facility
Didn’t feel secure, couldn’t sleep all night

Stains on "clean" comforter. Baseboards in disrepair. Sink doesn't drain well. Guests too loud. Party, multiple guests and loud music far end of the property. Men "hanging out" as if waiting for someone/something to happen. Nosey guests.

Front desk was rude and had attitude

Facilities were somewhat clean, but noisy and smelled of cigarettes even though a non-smoking room

Bad A/C , diry room. Did not feel ssfe at this locstoon, too much noise from other guest thin walls.

Upon checking in the clerk (older Asian male) was rude and unwelcoming. As soon as I walked up to the window, he blurted out, "no more rooms". I replied that I have a reservation, and slid my ID under the window slot. He verified my information and slid the key card to me. Upon trying to open the door the key card wasn't working, so he had to come open the door manually with a regular key. He seemed bothered as if it was my fault that the key card didn't work. Once inside it reeked of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke and reserved non smoking room. Went to use the bathroom and there was absolutely no toilet paper anywhere! I had to go back to the office for a third time to ask for a roll of toilet paper. The room look dingy and unsanitary. The order of smoke was so pungent that after about an hour I couldn't take it anymore and had to leave.

I really would have liked an outlet near the bed to charge my phone. I had to plug it in by the TV and so get out of bed to check to time during the night.
