Consistent.
I ordered breakfast with the order taker and never received my order. After 15 minutes or so, I asked her about my breakfast. She apologized and offered to order it for me again, but at that point it was too late. I had to leave for a meeting.
The restaurant had very reasonably priced, very good food.

Had a friction with staff in the am. I’ve stayed at this Brentwood location a LOT, like around 15? I don’t even know, maybe more. They have been accommodating my early check ins in every single one of them and that’s why I come back to this location. I’m aware is not guaranteed, but again this is Nashville, not Manhattan (where I also live). The new manager didn’t respond my questions, refused my early check in first attempt that I was OK with, came back at 11 am and tried again, said no again; tried again sitting in front of her; had an attitude with her ‘BRB sign’ she made sure I heard when she left reception. Your team knows me at this point, I come to this hotel all the time, never had problems with the other girl with the beautiful nails front desk. Once she was so sweet saying ‘I can’t check in anyone before 9-10’ which was totally understandable. I will give this hotel one last shot. I was ready to cancel my booking which she also said it was impossible; when I was already at the hotel in person, because of the attitude. I have no problems with her, even after days it happened, but Im a hostess as well who sets the tone for the stay, and this was the only time in years I had an issue. I was ready to book the other hotel next door because of this. I ended up checking in almost noon. Most of the time I don’t even spend the night. I was ok with any room, ‘upgrade or downgrade’ I said, I could care less, ‘NO rooms available’ ‘-Technically check ins are 3 pm…’ - I’m only at this location because of early check ins and the staff know me and I stayed MANY TIMES, check again. I am not a Hilton member and I don’t care about the status because I don’t need it. What I know is that I have been a client for years and build a relationship with THIS location. I apologized to her, she didn’t to me. She is new and said ‘never seen me there’ - quote. I also didn’t ask her name.
The location was perfect and parking was a breeze. There were plenty of options.

We have stayed at this hotel pretty much every time we have visited Nashville for the last 10 years and it doesn’t disappoint. The staff is awesome, the room is clean, and the breakfast is good. It’s in a safe area and it’s still close to Nashville, as well as a great mall. I believe that the person who assisted me during the check in process was Mr. Cho and I wanted to say that he provided phenomenal service, as well as the 2 people who were working in the restaurant during breakfast.
This hotel will continue to be our first choice.

As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff, especially Kendra, went above and beyond to make my stay even better. When I discovered an issue with the toilet running in my room, I called the front desk and Kendra immediately took care of it. She personally brought me a key to a nearby room, which I really appreciated — she didn’t have to do that, but it made a big difference after a very long day of driving,
The room itself was beautifully appointed — modern and very clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had on the road in a while. It was the perfect spot to rest after a long drive. The shower door kept sliding open when I was showering - not a big deal - as I still had a wonderful shower. Also, this hotel provides a lot of towels!!! Usually, hotels limit towels - but this Hilton knows how to make a guest feel like a queen.
I highly recommend this hotel—great location, fantastic service, and a wonderful place to relax!
Finally, I just have to emphasize again how Kendra’s warm and personable service made me feel right at home—it was the perfect, much-needed welcome after a long day on the road. Please pass along my appreciation to her and treat her to a gift card for a nice lunch or dinner as a token of gratitude.

Tim at the front desk is a phenomenal employee. Very kind and helpful. We have stayed here twice now. We really enjoy it. Great location, very clean, never any issues!
Parking is not free anymore and it’s not great. No free breakfast.
