Took care of everything I needed.
Pros:

Breakfast in the morning was great as well as the onsite parking.

Cons:

Shower Door was broken, cracking itself open and letting water out all throughout the bathroom.

Nice place to stay on short notice at a great price
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, it was clean & very well located.

Cons:

The bed sheets were rough and the pillows were old so clumpy and small. The warm breakfast selection wasn’t very good, but the waffle making was fun.

Incomplete and frustrating
Pros:

I never stayed here. Hilton was having an outage worldwide and Hampton inn had to turn away scores of people who were in town for pan mass challenge. There was no alternate way to check us in which seems ludicrous. We had to stay at a Marriott 50 min away. Kudos to Marriott. I then had to chase my refund down with both booking.com and Hampton Inn with both telling me I had to seek the refund from the other. And not a peep from parent company Hilton with apologies for the inconvenience. Finally got my money back. So no…it was a stay that never happened
