angenehme Nächtigung mit allem was man möchte, ohne Luxus

sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !!!

Confortable, très bien situé et une super vue depuis le balcon

Süßes Hotel mitten in Nürnberg
Pros:

Das kleine Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein super schönes Zimmer mit einem komfortablen Bett.
Die Einrichtung war sehr schön gewählt und es konnte alles online geregelt werden.

Cons:

Eher eine Info als eine Kritik: Ein Fenster konnte nicht gut abgedunkelt werden.

Preisgünstiges Hotel in der Stadtmitte.
Modern eingerichtet mit allem was benötigt wird. Einschließlich Kaffee und Tee und Wasserkocher.
Angenehme Zimmergröße, sehr freundliches Personal
Gepäck kann vor und nach dem Einchecken abgestellt werden.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer. In der ersten Nacht hörten wir ein regelmäßiges, störendes Geräusch aus den darunter liegenden Räumlichkeiten. Nach Meldung des Problems am nächsten Morgen hat man uns SOFORT eine andere Unterkunft im Nebenhaus angeboten.
Vielen, vielen Dank für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Bearbeitung !! 12 von 10 Punkten !! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!!

Brilliant location
Pros:

The location was great, very close to the centre but no road noise as on a pedestrianised street. I could glimpse the river from my room which was a bonus. Had an upmarket feel but not too expensive. One of the restaurant staff helped me put my bag in storage when I arrived early and brought my bag up the first flight of stairs. It was lovely to hear ducks quacking from my room!

Cons:

It was a bit of a pain having no elevator as I had a heavy suitcase and was on the third floor. While the restaurant helps out hotel guests, it would be nice if there could be a dedicated hotel reception. Digital check in was fiddly with being asked to pre check in then actually check in. The toilet was too close to the shower door.

Bella struttura
Pros:

La stanza era pulita e profumata, c'era la disponibilità della macchinetta del caffè, il bagno accogliente con tutti i prodotti (crema corpo compresa). Ci hanno fornito due bottigliette d'acqua. Anche se non ho usato c'era l'asse da stiro. E cosa non poco importante, erano comodi i cuscini.

Pros:

Everything was great! Very clean rooms,with a splendid river view ! Very good position.

Cons:

We forgot to book the breakfast,and when we went to the restaurant in the morning,the girl who served us did not tell us we could still book online the breakfast,at a better place than on site ! So we were charged all the drinks and the coffe,even if i asked her if we could have the breakfast in another way because we were living at the hotel,we had also gave her the room number.
