Pros:

I loved the helpfulness and politeness of the staff from the receptionist up to the housekeeper and barista... Everyone really nice and gentle. They gave us the room before the scheduled check in time.

Cons:

I thought they had a free parking but they have a small parking (5 parking slots) on request. Anyhow, I managed to find a parking close to the Hotel so all good at the end...

Perfect Location if you want to visit Piombino
Pros:

The Hotel is in a strategic position if you want to visit the town. Walking distance from the center, from the shopping streets and from the sea. It's a bit dated but functional and the staff is always welcoming and available. The rooms are spacious. I would absolutely reccommend it if you are in Piombino and you want to visit the town and its surroundings.

Cons:

Parking could be not easy around the Hotel cause of its central position, but you can always try to reserve a small private parking owned by the Hotel in its proximity. The price is reasonable for the day.
