Lovely hotel with lots of character.
Pros:

Lovely, old traditional hotel with lots of character. Free parking next to the entrance.

Très déçue

Très bel hôtel mais sous exploité.

Cons:

Attention, hôtel à côté d'une usine. A notre arrivée, nous avons été obligés d'attendre. Personne à l'accueil avec un numéro de téléphone à appeler en cas d'absence sauf que personne ne décroche. Climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous étions en pleine canicule. Nous n'avons pas été avertis avant notre venue. 1 bloc mobile avait été placé dans notre chambre mais impossible de le laisser à tenir car trop bruyant et n'arrivait pas à refroidir correctement. Intérieur du frigo de la chambre plein de tâches. Buffet petit déjeuner envahi de mouches avec aucun système de répulsif. Au restaurant, réservation pour 20H, plus de planche de charcuterie alors qu'il n'y avait que 4 tables d'occupées. Et pour finir, erreur sur le nombre de petits déjeuners facturés.

Great old school charming place to stay!
Pros:

19th century built luxurious hotel. Quite charming. Has nice AC which was very welcome on the hottest day in the history of the Pyrenees. Great bedding and bathroom. Super comfortable. Good dinner at the dinging room. They had storage for our bikes. Very reasonably priced for what we got. The building is old but all the amenities have been updated.

Me dejaron tirado. Despues de reservar el hotel un mes antes y pagarlo por adelantado 20 dias antes el dia antes de la llegada les escribo para saber el horario del check in y me dan informacion y me dicen que todo ok. Mi sorpresa es que llego a las 8 de la tarde del dia de llegada y me dicen que no tienen habitacion para mi. Despues de perder mi cena y todo mi plan para el resto de la tarde noche me dan primero la opcion de dormir en un tugurio 3 veces mas barato que lo que habia pagado. Despues de quejarme me dicen que me dan un hotel en otro pueblo que esta mejor en sus palabras. Cuando llegamos eran casi las 11 de la noche. A riesgo de quedarnos tirados y dormir en el coche acabamos dejando el hotel y reservando por nuestra cuenta otro hotel en Pau a mas de una hora de conduccion pues era el unico abierto a esas horas. Un escandalo. Ahora se dedican a acosarme por que booking cancelo la reserva y me han devuelto el dinero. Asi funcionan las cosas con este hotel

Un bonito hotel con sabor de época en la entrada a los Pirineos
Pros:

Que conserve la estética del hotel que fue a principios del siglo pasado.
Su ubicación en el corazón del Pirineo pero en una población muy tranquila.
Su terraza restaurante y su bonito comedor para los desayunos.
La facilidad para aparcar.
El trato cordial que recibimos en todo momento.

Cons:

La ausencia de ascensor, algo comprensible por otra parte viendo las características del edificio.

Losse vloerdelen. En de bediening omdat 1 persoon alles tegelijk moest doen. Was een klein probleempje maar hebben ze opgelost. Ze wilden een kopie maken van onze creditcard maar we hebben helemaal geen creditcard maar dat begrepen ze niet zo omdat nu eenmaal iedereen een creditcard heeft nou wij niet..
