La vue sur les montagne est top.
La chambre et le mobilier est tres confortable.
L'hôtel est tres facile d'accès.
Il ne faut pas etre pressé pour etre servi au restaurant.
Pour le petit déjeuner quelques moucherons sur le buffet gâche le tableau.
Un personnel un peu plus souriant serait le bienvenu.
A very grand french hotel.
Beautiful building and setting. Rooms clean, tidy and comfortable
Our booking was for an apartment with 4 beds. Confirmation had this specifically mentions. We turned up to he given 2 doubles. Staff refused to accept I had booked the apartment, even with written proof on my phone. The apartment was still beingvadvertised as free the night we were there.
We changed to 2 twin room and they tried to charge us full priced which was 60 Euro more than the apartment. We negotiated a 30 Euro difference but we should never have had to deal with this. They had their printout but would nit accept the bookings webpage confirmation on my phone. In 9 weeks of accommodation through bookings.com this was our only issue with a hotel.
De sfeer van het hotel
L'hotel est relativement bien insonorisé et le chambres spacieuses.
La climatisation de la chambre 206 ne fonctionne pas. On n'est pas prévenu de ce désagrément, par les chaleurs actuelles c'est un vrai problème vu qu'on choisit bien une chambre climatisée. Aucun effort commercial consenti lors du paiement :-(
