Cons:

The gentleman at the front desk did not speak English and when we attempted to commnuicate with him via various translation methods regarding trying to change our reservation he made it very difficult. It appeared that he was doing it on purpose by basically refusing to try to communicate.

Habitación muy espaciosa y pueblo muy tranquilo.

Buena relación calidad-precio.

Juegos gratuitos (billar, futbolín, ping-pong).

Restaurante muy correcto y con un precio muy bueno.

Personal amable.

Ubicación perfecta para acceder a las atracciones de la zona.

Cons:

El acceso a la habitación no dispone de ascensor.

Para las personas que busquen algo más de animación, Pierrefite-Nestalas es probablemente el pueblo más tranquilo y silencioso de la zona. No tiene apenas servicios de hostelería para cenar. Probablemente Luz Saint-Saveur es una opción más animada. También Cauterets pero tiene una ubicación más alejada de todo.

La habitación, en régimen de apartamento, no se limpia durante la estancia. No lo sabíamos.

Hôtel vieillissant

Le cachet du bâtiment début XXème.
La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Malheureusement l'hôtel est vieillissant. Les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, pas de double vitrage. Petit déjeuner très fourni mais les oeufs étaient froid, les cakes secs. Et pas de personnel dans la salle à manger pour vérifier si tout se passe bien.
Dans la salle de bain, les canalisations sentaient très fort.
Également en partant, j'ai dû prouver au réceptionniste que j'avais bien payé en ligne via Booking, car lui n'avait pas mon paiement d'affiché.

Très bel hôtel, esprit ancien. En face de la gare, avec restaurant

Cons:

Le bâtiment ainsi que les installations des chambres sont vieillissante. Manque peut être d'effectif. Restaurant moyen mais ok.
