Wir hatten interessante und wunderschöne Tage in Goudhurst.
Pros:

Schönes Haus mit toller Historie. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Küche war klasse. Sehenswert ist das Frühstückszimmer mit den aussergewöhnlichen Sitzmöbeln.

Cons:

Uns fällt nichts ein.

A charming location, with good parkking

The continental breakfast was excellent, the hand cut ham especially so, but too large for older guests

Väl värt ett besök om man vill utforska omgivningarna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
Pros:

Charmigt gammalt hotell/värdshus. Perfekt läge för att kunna besöka vingårdar i närheten. Dessutom Sissinghurst inom bekvämt avstånd. Underbar serviceminded personal.

Cons:

Lite obekvämt att ta upp resväskor utan hiss.

I was expecting better, it was pleasant but we won't be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, the sausage was the best part

Cons:

The windows wouldn't open and it was stifling hot, fans should be available especially during this hot weather at the moment

Lovely old English hotel in a beautiful part of the Kent countryside.
Pros:

Lovely property reodolant with history and in the beautiful Kent countryside. Really characterful.

Cons:

Not a negative, but because of the old nature of the property, and very old low ceilings, it was impossible for my husband to stand in the bath and take a shower (it's a shower above a bathtub). I'm only 5'2" ((159cm) and this is the max height of a person being able to stand up and use the shower properly. This was room 9. So, if this is important to you, check the room number and this facility when you make a booking.

A good nights sleep
Pros:

Beautiful old inn, nicely decorated . Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Probably costs a fortune to maintain but bathroom was quite dated , and breakfast was pretty average. All fine but it’s not cheap
