This was a lovely hotel, it felt very homely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating
Liked everything
Breakfast was ok, the sausage was the best part
The windows wouldn't open and it was stifling hot, fans should be available especially during this hot weather at the moment
Lovely property reodolant with history and in the beautiful Kent countryside. Really characterful.
Not a negative, but because of the old nature of the property, and very old low ceilings, it was impossible for my husband to stand in the bath and take a shower (it's a shower above a bathtub). I'm only 5'2" ((159cm) and this is the max height of a person being able to stand up and use the shower properly. This was room 9. So, if this is important to you, check the room number and this facility when you make a booking.
Beautiful old inn, nicely decorated . Staff were helpful and friendly.
Probably costs a fortune to maintain but bathroom was quite dated , and breakfast was pretty average. All fine but it’s not cheap
Lovely building, quiet. Amazing and kind staff.
L’ambiance historique de cette demeure 14eme siècle !
Notre repas du soir était moyen
Beautiful old building with lots of character
All perfect
Fantastisk miljö, vänlig och hjälpsam personal och maten vällagad och god.
The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent . Lovely old building.
No hot water from the hot tap. Shower hot/cold control didn't work so only scalding water from the shower. Careful in the room if you're over 5 ft 5 ins. The beams are very low.
Good location, great breakfast
Nobody told us that the tea coffee and kettle was in the wardrobe
Full of character, clean and quirky.
Nothing
Sehr leckeres Frühstück das im Restaurant serviert wird. Es befinden sich private Parkplätze auf der Rückseite des Hotels.
Das Restaurant lädt auch zum verzehr des Abendessens vor Ort ein.
