Easy to find the hotel good location not far from centre, enjoyed my stay and will return.
Pros:

Room was spacious, quiet and pleasant stay. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I found the mattered was too hard for me.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and staff at breakdast very helpful.

Cons:

Despite an email saying reception would be open, it wasnt - took 20 minutes to check in as the guy on the phone had a "bad signal") and wasnt sure what key i shoukd select from the drawer in the desk (which must also be a security risk).
The shower stream also fluctuated between a dribble and a jet stream.

Cons:

I didn’t have a good nights sleep. Could hear noise from room on left, people with loud voices and banging noise which felt it was from something loose in the ceiling or radiator

Good location. Hotel lovely.

Cons:

Didn’t use parking as family stay nearby. Brought our car round to pack on leaving the property and now have received a parking fine for £60 pounds if paid within 14 days if not paid within the time it will be £100. Disgusting.

Good location, needs rejuvenation
Pros:

The location is fantastic if you are visiting Dumfries Town centre.

Cons:

The interior is looking a little dated, old fashioned, things are broken and need replaced
Breakfast only served until 9.30am on a Sunday not ideal, but not the Hotels fault that we couldn't get up that early.
Clean bedding in all the rooms would have been nice, or at very least replacements available on request.

Comfortable stay. Very nice breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was really nice. Room was comfortable. Not many places I’ve stayed offer sweets and water, which was good considering I had o take medication.

Cons:

There seemed to or something wrong with the plumbing to the toilet. It seemed to be in co flush maybe?

Just OK probably would not stay again
Pros:

Stayed before It is handy for the station and where I was working

Cons:

The room was small and quite shabby really The plug in the sink was broken and I could not pull it out. There was no bedside cabinet or table The TV was fine but almost added. It was on the table and couldn’t watch comfortably Had to be turned The room I had previously was far better
