Pros:

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make out stay easy. It made our stay more enjoyable by having a friendly face wishing us a happy holiday as they were leaving for the night. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. There were some lovely touches that really stood out like the varied selection of beverages supplied in the rooms, even biscuits and sweets which was wonderful for the children! Such a lovely place to stay.

Great clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Could potentially do with updating to provide a five star

Pros:

Excellent staff and PHENOMENAL BREAKFAST. it's a great place to go if you are working away from home and just need a bed (probably not a good choice if you want a romantic getaway).

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of attention. They have peeling paint, delaminating doors and ancient showers. Not bad enough to stop me staying for work. Lovely people.

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Beautiful building, ample parking, staff really nice.

Cons:

We couldn’t understand why the bar was closing when we arrived just after 7pm. We were told’ now that everyone has arrived the bar is closing’ ??????? also - lots of laundry bags in the area on the approach to the bar- the area looked messy.

The Breakfast was first clas

Cons:

The shower was hard to operate, and the pillows were 2-10, I enquired about the bar, and was told it was open at 5.00 pm, went for a drink at 8.00 pm it was closed WTF??? No mention of times??

Very good comfortable and clean
Pros:

Room was very good , clean comfortable and great size. All condiments were full plus extra that have never been in a room before ( boiled sweets)
