Excellent location and outstanding staff
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of Roma Termini, the main train station, as well as many major tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and professional, consistently going out of their way to help. The room was very comfortable. The area feels very safe, and the hotel faces the beautiful historic Palazzo del Viminale, which currently houses the Italian Ministry of the Interior.

Cons:

No complaints, everything was great.

Pros:

El personal de recepción es muy atento y servicial. El desayuno es suficiente para comenzar el día con energía. La zona es fantástica, muy bien ubicado, con muchos bares, restaurantes y heladería a un paso. Frente al Ministerio del Interior, por lo tanto muy seguro. A pocos metros de la Avenida Nazionale repleta de tiendas de moda. A 15 minutos de la Fontana de Trevi, Panteón y otras actividades. Buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendaremos.

Pros:

Ubicato di fronte al ministero degli Interni al Viminale. Stazione centrale raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti
Camera e bagno spaziosi. Buona colazioni continentale con dolce, salato e frutta fresca

Cons:

è capitato che siamo rientrati al pomeriggio intorno alle 14 e la camera non era stata ancora rifatta

Décevante
Pros:

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est clairement son emplacement. Pour le reste, l’expérience a été très décevante.

Cons:

Déjà, l’immeuble est très vieux et l’hôtel se situe au 3ᵉ étage. Malheureusement, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai dû porter ma valise jusqu’à l’hôtel moi-même, alors que j’ai des problèmes de dos. Personne ne m’a proposé d’aide, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très compliquée.

Le personnel est sympathique, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreux points négatifs. Dès mon entrée dans la chambre, j’entendais tous les bruits du couloir, de la petite réception, mais aussi ceux de la rue : les voitures, les passants, etc. L’isolation sonore est vraiment mauvaise et il est difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions.

Le lit n’était pas du tout confortable non plus, ce qui a rendu les nuits encore plus désagréables. Et dès le matin, il y avait des travaux à l’étage en dessous, avec beaucoup de bruit, impossible de dormir ou de se détendre correctement.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, sauf peut-être pour son emplacement pratique.

Emplacement parfait, déception pour le reste compte tenu du prix de la nuitée.

Vue face au ministère de l’intérieur

Cons:

Hôtel situé dans un immeuble au troisième étage comme un appartement avec ascenseur en panne depuis quelques temps et comme il y a un mélange d’habitations : 2 hôtels et des particuliers, ce n’est là d’être réparé… donc 80 marches pour y accéder.
Aucune information donnée avant ! Et si nous avions été handicapés ?
Personnel réduit … et personne après 17:00…. Comme dans les administrations.
Espace douche avec traces d’infiltrations et de moisissures.
Mal isolé phoniquement : bruits des. Chambres contigus, bruits de chaises de l’étage supérieur,…

Cons:

Асансьора не работеше, а хотела беше позициониран на третия етаж, което създаде доста дискомфорт. Дограмата беше от времето на Цезар и шума от булеварда беше потресаващ. Изключително бедна закуска.
