Ferrare, une ville médiévale pleine de charme, ouverte sur la culture.
Pros:

Nous avons été bien accueillis dans un lieu prestigieux.
Un petit déjeuner royal le premier et le dernier jour, et un bon petit déjeuner dans un beau jardin les 2ème et 3 ème jour.
La direction a été très réactive lorsque le personnel de service a signalé l'extinction de la climatisation. Nous avons été transférés rapidement dans une suite qui a donné entière satisfaction.
Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre historique.

Cons:

Nous avons été surpris par la première chambre désuette qui mériterait un grand rafraîchissement.
Surpris et déçus de ne pas bénéficier de la piscine intérieure mentionnée sur le site de booking.com : elle n'existe pas !
Cela ressemble à de la publicité mensongère ...
Nous avons été informés à la dernière minute du festival de musique estival à Ferrare, tout près de l'hôtel Duchessa Isabella : décibels produisant de grandes nuisances sonores une grande partie des nuits de notre séjour.

Bello l’ingresso, gli spazi anche peccato che siano mal organizzati

Cons:

Non molto pulita, dispersiva, camere e hotel di per sé molto obsoleti. Tutto molto vecchio e usurato. Con qualche accortezza in più e rinnovamento sarebbe una chicca questo hotel.

La posizione.

Cons:

L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di un po' di cura e ristrutturazione. La camera era piccola, modesta nell'arredo e sicuramente non adeguata alle cinque stelle indicate. Consegnati meno asciugamani del dovuto. Colazione nella norma dei 4 stelle. Secondo me la qualità dell'hotel non rispecchia la categoria cinque stelle, e non vale il prezzo richiesto. Se fosse stato un quattro stelle lo avrei considerato più accettabile.

Wer es plüschig mag - ein sehr schönes Hotel für die Durchreise

- Sehr schönes, aber plüschiges Hotel
- Frühstück war gut und schmackhaft
- Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig
- Parkplatz direkt am Hotel
- Upgrade erhalten in eine Suite
