プエブラ広域観光に便利な場所
Pros:

チョルーラに滞在しながら、プエブラの中心部を観光するにはよい立地です。プエブラ中心部までは、交通状況によって車で30分～40分ぐらい。ピラミッドはホテルから見えていて、徒歩圏内です。周囲には、コンビニ、ランドリー、軽食屋などがあります。レストランのスタッフがフレンドリーでした。

Cons:

チョルーラの中心部まではやや距離があり、徒歩20～25分かかります。また、大きな通り沿いにあるので、近所を歩くときには車に気をつけないとならないのがやや難点です。ただ、ホテル正面のアプローチが広く、ウーバーを利用するにも、場所がわかりやすいので、車中心の移動を覚悟したほうがよさそうです。

No cuenta con teléfono en la habitación para hablar al restaurante o a recepción. Para mí era necesario xq fue para recuperación de cirugía y necesitaba servicio a la habitación

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. La verdad del personal los más agradable fueron los meseros del restaurante.

Cons:

El elevador no funcionó 2 de los días que estuvimos ahí, el detalle es que llevábamos a una persona operada de la rodilla. No dejaron la cantidad adecuada de toallas en la habitación, la llave se acceso se desactivaba casi diario, una de las toallas tenía una ligera mancha al entregar la habitación y me estuvieron cuestionando de que era la mancha en el lobby, las toallas tenían un muy fuerte olor a cloro.

el desayuno estuvo bueno y a tiempo

Cons:

No hubo agua caliente solo tibia el dia anteriro y al siguiente dia, ojala mejore, esperamos mucho se desperdicio mucho el agua y aun asi no salio caliente y con el frio no es confortable.
