I wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Our Rio
Was very disappointing. We booked a king room and we were given a nice room but with a double bed. We were then given a king room but it was grotty and very dated. Pillows very uncomfortable

Fabulous inner city location, and outstanding and professional staff
Pros:

Location was so central, easy to walk to the river, shopping centre was part of the hotel and staff went above and beyond for us. Pool was lovely and clean, room service menu had a decent selection of food.

Cons:

Coffee order could arrive quicker when ordered for room service.

Great place to stay in a central location in Kuching. For us as a family it served all of our needs and the friendliness
Pros:

Locations was great, staff were friendly and at your service, pool was great. We stayed in one of their newly refurbished rooms and we were impressed. The shower was amazing!

Pros:

Emplacement parfait à deux pas de tous les centres d'intérêt de la ville ! Nous avions en plus la chance de séjourner dans une chambre avec vue sur la rivière ; c'était super !!! La chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable. le petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec un large choix de produits et un renouvellement du jour au lendemain.

Stunning view
Pros:

A massive wow for the view from your room, especially at night. Spectacular. The hotel itself is modern and well catered for. The pool also has a fantastic view and it’s brilliant to have it covered- they could have made it bigger as the view and cover encourages people to linger longer. Tasty breakfasts and friendly service.

We stayed four nights with a 3&5 year old.

The room maintenance wasn’t five star. The coffee machine didn’t work in our room. The bathroom had a horrible smell and we had to request service for. We also had to ask for our room to be cleaned. I had to ask for coffee as it wasn’t left. We were a family of four and were only ever left three towels. Which was odd.

Ignoring the odd cleaning service in the room, the hotel is great and I would recommend.

Not friendly. I visited the hotel many times as club guest. This time i requested complementary upgrade (for loyal repeated club guest) was not entertained.
