Perfect for a short stay.
Pros:

The room was great. We just booked last minute (15 min before arrival) and it was all ready to go. Staff were easy to deal with and the room although very small had all we needed for a night. Clean room, comfy bed, fantastic bathroom products and a coffee maker in the room with some bottle water in the fridge. Right in the heart or Airlie Beach and within walking distance to all.

Cons:

Be aware that the parking situation is public paid parking and so it may not be available at all times of the year, during special events or weekends.
