Jeune personnel extrêmement sympathique et efficace
Pros:

L’amabilité du (jeune) personnel était exceptionnelle.
La grandeur de la chambre et le calme qui y régnait.
Le choix et la fraîcheur du petit déjeuner.
La possibilité d’avoir un parking pour se déplacer en métro.

Cons:

Pas grand chose pour ne pas dire rien.
Si je devais vraiment trouver quelque chose, le quartier en lui même (mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien).
Un tout petit effort pour le ménage de la chambre. Le sol était un peu collant et il y avait quelques traces sur les miroirs et les portes (mais vraiment rien d’alarmant)

Personnel agréable, on a ete surclassé dans une chambre supérieure qui était tres confortable.
L'hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre au stade de France et du centre.

Amazingly helpful staff, super comfy beds, fantastic location, would stay here again
Pros:

Due to a cancelled flight we couldn’t make the first night and the staff were so helpful and made sure we had a room when we did eventually arrive.
Super comfy beds and plenty of space in the room.

Cons:

Very small thing, the shower screen could have been a bit bigger as the water splashed onto the floor from the shower
