Tydzień z dzieckiem we Wrocławiu.
Pros:

Cieszę się że wybrałam ten obiekt na tygodniowy pobyt z dzieckiem we Wrocławiu. Idealne miejsce dla dzieci. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji. Bardzo miła obsługa, pomocna, uśmiechnięta. Siłownia na plus. Blisko hotelu tramwaj, którym bezpośrednio można dojechać do Zoo. Spacerkiem do Sky Tower czy Aquapark. Położenie hotelu idealne. Bardzo polecam.

Do przemyślenia zakres czasowy śniadań. Do godz. 10 trochę krótko, przynajmniej do 11 było by super.
Ale ogólnie jest ok śniadania bardzo dobre.

Obiekt spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania: wygodny i przestronny pokój, bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Należałoby się zastanowić nad jakością obsługi Klienta w zakresie pracy osób na recepcji. Recepcjoności mówiąc najdelikatniej nie byli zainteresowani obsługą mojej rezerwacji - oczywiście wynikało to z dużej liczby osób, ale mimo wszystko poczułem się niekomfortowo.

L'Hotel e' in una buona posizione vicino al centro ,buona colazione.Il prezzo concordato con booking era piu'basso rispetto a quello pagato in struttura,quindi stampatevi la ricevuta al momento della prenotazione online...
